Not a soft ride, but gets you around town. Nice little shopping store they have as well. Can't go wrong with them. Just wished they had a few more ADA trains.

"Best Key West Tour! Informative and Exceptional Customer Service!"

The Conch tour was a wonderful, relaxing, easy going and informative little train ride that my elderly, handicapped mother was also able to enjoy comfortably thanks to James, our driver another kind gentleman who assisted us after visiting the butterfly conservatory and a sweet young lady at the initial boarding stop who equipped us with ponchos since rain was posibble. Everything, and especially their warm customer service makes this a 10 star place in our book. Makes it a place to remember fondly. Definitely recommend!
