The road to Key West is amazing and the landscape is beautiful! At the hotel, Alan Lopez was great!! He gave us all attention and very good tips about what to do and where to have very good meals!! Very much enjoyed this hotel. Had everything you could want, fabulous pools, pier with chairs to sun on. Beachfront, good food, entertainment, rooms very clean, excellent housekeeping. We stayed in the Dewey/LeMer guesthouses with balcony and partial ocean view, a fabulous included breakfast with made to order omelettes.. All around lovely, was more than I normally would have spent but it was a treat!! The resort fees always get you!

We attended the complimentary yoga lesson which was offered by the resort in the tranquility pool. While the yoga lesson was excellent, the pool water contained so much chlorine that we had difficulty breathing following the lesson after an hour in the pool. The newly bought bathing suit of my wife was fully discolored and could not be used anymore. It took me more than 48 hours to get rid of the chlorine smell on the skin despite taking several showers. On top of that, the pool water was murky and did not look clean. I consider this pool a health hazard and do not recommend entering it anymore.

Jody and the front desk staff were excellent! Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The young man as bellhop was exceptional as well! Stay was incredible and they were a pleasure to deal with when our flight got delayed! The bar staff and housekeeping staff were excellent as well! Genuine hospitality through the roof! 12/10.. highly recommend!
