Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Key West rooms are decorated in vibrant colors and include coffee-making facilities. Select rooms have private balconies. Guests can relax on the large sun terrace beside the pool or use cardio equipment and free-weights in the fitness center. A concierge service as well as on-site scooter and bicycle hire are offered as well. The poolside tiki bar offers frozen drinks, cocktails, and light snacks.

Smathers Beach is within 2 miles from the property. Guests will also be 2 miles from Key West Airport and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park.

Lifetime Titanium member and this is the worst Marriott property I have I stayed in a very long time. The rooms are very dated and walls and furniture are damaged and doesn’t look like anyone cares to fix the issues. I can always deal with older properties but the one thing that is most important to me is cleanliness. The room was FILTHY. After taking a shower (worst water pressure I have ever had in a hotel) I walked to the couch. Bottom of my feet were black - no exaggeration. Curtain for walk out door stained and dirty. Had to use the pullout bed and could not use bedding provided - covered in stains and hair. There are much better properties with better amenities and location for the same price $350/night. We were originally planning on staying two nights but are leaving this nightmare after one. Sorry Marriott - this hotel is not even close to your standards and needs to be addressed.

This hotel is located off US 1 and is close to downtown key west. Hotel provides a free breakfast Included with your room stay. Hotel has a nice resort pool. My only complaint with this hotel is the size of the room and bathroom. Bathroom was really small with only one person at a time. Hotel provides a shuttle to the downtown area. Hotel was a little pricey in my opinion for the size room I got but over all a decent stay.

Simply put- the bathrooms are filled with mold- and the very outdated rooms are not worth the price. We stay at Marriotts all over the country and have NEVER encountered one of this quality. I have no idea how it has the Marriott name. This hotel needs major renovations and updates.

Terrible experience, same bad smell in the bathrooms and bedrooms. I felt it’s better to stay and sleep in the pool chairs than going into the room. Mold in the bathrooms. Unable to add more photos due to some network glitch. I was deceived by the pictures while booking the hotel. Air condition doesn’t work only make loud sound.

This hotel is horrible. It is outdated poorly, kept poorly staffed and filthy. Do not even consider spending your money at this facility. It is a disgrace to the Marriott chain and should be sold or torn down. The rooms are falling apart, the furniture is damaged. There’s really nothing good. I can say about this place and I have traveled to a lot of Marriott Properties. The pictures that are shown do not adequately reflect the property. Their prices are easily two times higher than any other even half decent place to stay. There are even bugs in the room which bites you at night. And this is December. Ron do not walk away from this place.
