We arrived at Margaritaville Beach House on Monday and left on Friday. We called for the hotel airport shuttle after landing here and he was there within a few minutes. Very friendly and had some great suggestions of what to see and do while here. Brimmi (I believe that was his name) at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at every contact I had with him. I even received an upgraded room which was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and roomy. Room Service came twice while we were here and did a good job. They brought complimentary water to put in our fridge when they were on our hallway. We had breakfast on the patio every morning and it was very good. We went to Happy Hour a couple of times. The drinks and food were good. The restaurant here has a very limited menu so we didn't eat here any other time. Did not use pool or hot tub but did enjoy sitting around the pool a couple of times. Smathers Beach is right across the road and we visited a few times and enjoyed that. Shuttle driver, John, drove us to Old Town several times. He always had good suggestions and told great stories and history of Key West. I recommend Margaritaville Beach House and would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay

Breakfast at the Margaritaville Beach House was lovely! Served on a shaded veranda overlooking the pool. The food was fresh and really flavorful. A most delightful server named Anita, from Sweden, waited on us. She anticipated what we wanted/needed and served us with enthusiasm and joy.

If your expectations are that of a 3-star resort, then you won’t be disappointed. For the price, I was expecting more from this place. Definite tropical vibe and margarita offered at check in. At a glance the rooms look cute, shiplap, retro fridge/microwave, wall mural, Margaritaville amenities, robes. But then…the doors didn’t close right, the towels were all the way around the corner from the shower (and one was put away dirty eek!). The carpet in the hallways, just yuck. Zero noise-proofing, anytime anyone walked around above us, we heard it all. Elevators didn’t work. It’s about a 10 min drive into town. They have a shuttle that runs hourly but it fills up quickly during busy times. The grounds were pretty and well manicured. The pool was nice, mix of sun/shade for chairs. Breakfast was extremely slow & we had to ask for everything we needed. Lunch was ok, but felt like the bartender was put out. Nice area for weddings at Smathers Beach across the street and tiki bar on property. This could be a really nice place, you can see the attention to detail in some areas, but it’s just missing in others. I can see this place best appealing to someone looking for a fun tropical vibe but not necessarily luxury.

We had a fantastic stay at the Margaritaville Hotel in Key West. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area was a little oasis for our kids. We spent two nights here, exploring Key West, enjoying the sunset, and watching the street performers—it was an unforgettable experience. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received. Our car battery died, and we felt quite helpless. But Angelica and Stevo went above and beyond to assist us. From coordinating with roadside support to ensuring the issue was fixed quickly, they made a stressful situation much easier. Stevo, in particular, was incredibly dedicated and made sure we were able to continue our journey on time. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you, Margaritaville Hotel, for an amazing stay—we would love to come back!
