AIR
Immerse yourself in the digital art installation by Kenzo Digital, an artist that has taken the sky high canvas of SUMMIT and created one of the largest mind-bending cultural experiences in NYC called Air.

AIR: TRANSCENDENCE 1
You emerge into a boundless, structureless world, one with its own relationship to physics and time.

After receiving confirmation for ticket purchase instructions were very clear to arrive to line up at 1:45pm. We followed instructions and were in line at 1:45pm, the ticket agent was handing out wrist tags and asking which session we reserved for and I said 2:00pm to which she said this line is for the 1:30pm session to step against wall and wait. Again we followed instructions and lined back up 1:50pm only to be told a second time to line back up against wall. Two minutes later instructed to form a line again. Received wrist tag and meandered through a line for 15 minutes to which ticket agent asked to scan barcode of our tickets. Another 10 minutes before entering ticket office was asked to scan ticket again, at check and xray point asked to scan ticket again. Purse was checked and then was asked to walk around a scanner from associate checking my purse and another gentleman standing near xray who gave 2 different directions on which way to walk around machine. Got to picture line and proceeded to bench to put on black booties, but not before asking to scan barcode of tickets. After putting on our booties waited in dark in another line for another 15 minutes. We reserved tickets for 2:00pm and finally made it to the elevators at 2:45pm, shuffled back and forth in and out of a line like 3 card marley. Finally 91 floors we were greeted with breathtaking views. Please, just a suggestion to only tag customers wrist after you scan their barcode ticket, instead of 1 line have multiple lines displaying sessions for exa,..1:30pm , 2:00pm and all other times so people dont have to get out of line, and consider scanning barcode tickets maybe 2 times instead of 4. By the time you ride in elevator the excitement is gone and anticipation has waned.
