"My Favorite NYC Hotel"

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Location for Grand Central is the best. The rooms are clean and nicely designed. My favorite part is the open air rooftop , which is still useful in the winter since it has plastic covering. And the indoor lounge for coffee/tea is always perfectly maintained. The staff are exceptional. This is the only hotel I plan to stay in for future visits.

"Good for Business (maybe not winter time)"

Room was quite big for NY standards, very comfy bed! Quite clean though could be improved (still better than many other places in NY) However I was staying on the 26th floor and I only had genuine hot water on one occasion on a 7 night stay - I did complain and that evening was the one time I had hot water - given it was -10 Celsius on most days that was awful - they did offer to move me but once you’ve settled it’s not worth it for me, and my colleague on the 25th had the same issue anyway. Room gets 3/5 Really nice 27th floor lounge area indoor and outdoor with glass so you can enjoy the view. Coffee machine up there was very much appreciated, and there was filtered water in very floor and amenities - for that 5/5 Some reception staff were lovely, some very cold - 3/5 for inconsistency

Club Quarters Grand Central delivers on so many levels - location (across from Grand Central), no attitude (nicest staff), lounge for working (coffee machine, soft seating, and work table). I stay here every time when I'm in NYC. There is another location nearby, but I haven't been.

Simple Business group check in. They had all our keys ready for us as we walked in! Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Great location in the heart of Grand Central Station area so very close to everything. Definitely staying here again!

"Another great stay"

I had another great stay at the QC Grand Central. I checked in online which was really easy through the app and had my room assigned before I arrived. I requested a low floor which was accommodated. The primary reasons I keep coming back here is the good mix of staff and technology, the great room design/amenities, the excellent views from the 27th floor lounge, the refillable water bottle stations on each floor and the great location. I also find this hotel well priced for the quality and location compared to more mid-town hotels. I usually come twice a year to NYC and this is now my default place to stay.
