"Great experience at the same hotel as always."

Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is there’s a reason why it’s always booked. It’s hard to find rooms in a certain location. The manager the staff everyone works really hard to make everyone staying there. A great experience from the boss man of Terence to Marc Anthony multiple staff members can’t think of names Victor as well everyone is just so friendly and amazing. Very helpful. Always make sure that you’re taken care of.

Great location in central NYC...friendly, helpful staff... clean and tidy environment, easy check in and out. Loved that its near the train, subway and a very easy walk over to Broadway. Near all major atrractions....highly recommend it to any traveler

great experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.We arrived early and they were able to get us into a room early, which was so nice! the room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again. Loved the water filling station on each floor!

Everything from the staff to the room were great. The location is very convenient with its location right behind Grand Central. Our room had a view of the Chrysler building. The staff went out of their way daily to be kind and helpful. The bed was comfy and they had good pillows. It’s a small NYC hotel room, but when you expect that, all is well. Highly recommend.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Room was clean and all I need for my weekend trip with a friend! We were even able to check in early which was so convenient! I will be staying here next time i’m in the city and recommending to friends!
