"Our Home in NYC"

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the past years and we consider it to be our home away from home in NYC. We love the incredible location in Midtown Manhattan, just a few steps from Grand Central, and the extra amenities like the unlimited bottled water, Nespresso Coffee machines, and the Club Living Room on the 27th floor with a fantastic outdoor space. We usually opt for the Superior Room with kitchenette which is great for the extra space and if you plan on having some meals in the room. But one of the things we love the most about this hotel is the staff, super nice and professional. A special thank you to MARCO and YOSELYN at the front desk: they ALWAYS go the extra mile to help out, they try to accommodate our needs and really care about their guests. They make our stay extra special and couldn’t been more grateful for their hospitality. We can’t wait to be back in a few months!

My daughter and I stayed at CQ’s at Grand Central Station this past week. Upon walking in, we were warmly greeted by Mark who made us feel like home. We asked if we could check in early or leave our bags, and said he’d check to see if our room was available. We checked out the lounge, and when we came down, our room was all set! Everything was clean, organized, and looked fresh. Our entire stay was great. Specious mini fridge and a microwave helped with savings! Mark was always happy to see us whether we were coming or going and was so nice to my 11 year old. Go see Mark when you check in and out!

We stayed at the Club Quarters Grand Central for five nights and had a fantastic stay - clean efficient rooms, excellent supportive flexible staff and great location for walking or taking the subway. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to NY.

We stayed here, and enjoyed the convenience that this Hotel provides. The rooms are quite nice and reasonably spacious, for New York. We weren't hit with any additional charges, apart from the holding deposit, which was refunded in an adequate time frame. The room was loud due to building works going on in a close proximity. Try to stay away from the roadside rooms.

Great experience. Nice hotel close to metro station Grand Central and major NY attractions. The free bottles of water on each floor and great coffee varieties on the top floor lounge are a great extra. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Super friendly staff. Hospitality with a big H! Feels like home!
