"Great Stay"

Clean hotel, clean room, clean lobby and hallways, everything was new in the room, close proximity to lovely Brian Park and 42nd street. Helpful staff, especially the front desk. I would highluy recomnend it both for business and personal trips.

Last weekend (November 9th) my wife and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary. I booked the Park Terrace Hotel located across the street from Bryant Park. Everything was wonderful (the Hotel, the location & the service). Knowing it was our anniversary, the hotel staff made the weekend extra special with providing complimentary wine, cake and even an anniversary card in our room when we checked in. I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Park Terrace Hotel several times. Aside from the perfect location across from Bryant Park, the service is impeccable! From the moment you step inside you smell a lovely scent infused throughout the hotel. It is a cool, relaxed and welcoming vibe. Arlette, at the front desks is always professional and glad to see you. As I checked in Arlette welcomed me back and provided not only a beautiful room overlooking Bryant Park, but she sent up complimentary bottles of wine including a personal note. Any question you ask, Arlette pleasantly answers. The entire staff resonates that same hospitality. The room was immaculate and comfortable. It feels like home away from home. Another noteworthy mention is the rooftop view lounge area for a snack, coffee or drink. Sunday morning my friends and I made our way up to the fifth floor to enjoy our coffee and tea while taking in the spectacular views of the city and some crisp air. Both barista servers were extremely pleasant and congenial. Please forgive me recalling their names, but Lorianna (?) and her colleague exchanged pleasantries about the distant forest fire smells. The one barista from California shared how prevalent these fires are in California. Upon checking out I discovered I could not locate my jacket. Arlette made a phone call right away to find it. Thankfully a staff member discovered it near the elevator and returned it to the front desk. I must have dropped it. We look forward to returning to The Park Terrace soon. You will not regret booking your stay here. It is truly a wonderful experience where you are treated like family (the kind of family you like:)

"Park Terrace in November"

I go to NY every year and my usual go to was booked. It was my first time at this hotel. Location is perfect in front of library and Bryant Park in midtown. Everyone was very nice. Everything clean. The bed and the pillows the best! no headaches or neck pain. Stayed with my 34 year old niece and she also loved it. I will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent custumer service! So thankful for Yovanni and his manager! The proximity to the park and location is ideal. Bonus: I was able to check into my room early after a long morning. My room was clean, nicely decorated and overall, very comfortable.
