"Weekend trip"

Amazing front desk staff. I wish I could remember her name. She was able to give insight to parts of the city. Restaurant recommendations. Hotel is in an great location. Walkable to rockerfeller, Times Square, broadway, and Bryant park. Trains and buses nearby. Not to far from grand central station. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot

"Exceptional staff"

I've stayed at multiple Club Quarters locations, but the staff at the Times Square location has been exceptional! Joanne and Raquel were especially accommodating and made my stay great. This location is in a bit of flux with renovations happening on several floors, but I was not disturbed by any of it. Looking forward to staying here again!

"Extremely poor customer service"

Had a great experience at the DC CQ but this one has terrible customer service. Booked via 3rd party in September 2024, received an email 2/4, 11 days before my reservation that they couldn’t honor my reservation. Called the booking site, said they’d investigate. Received another email the same day that they would honor my reservation. Assumed all was good, then I checked in on 2/15 and noticed there was only one bed for four people(2 adults and 2 teenagers). Personal at the front desk said they’d investigate could send up a roll away bed but no suites were available and their other hotel nearby was full. Tried explaining the situation so they called who is in charge and then brought up the email. Seemed baffled after I showed the 2nd email saying they’d honor the reservation. Was told the manager would call me, they emailed instead and offered no assistance and they couldn’t discuss accommodations because I booked via 3rd party. Had to request a 2nd roll away for the rest of the stay. Luckily my children were fine with the situation but the entire experience just leaves a bad taste. I certainly would’ve tried to find another hotel if they had said there were no suites available.

"Great location but shabby"

Great Location. But unusually shabby for Club Quarters. In NY one should expect small rooms in most hotels. But this hotel has an old feel. The carpets don't seem to have been vacuumed in ages. Have stayed in 5 other Club Quarters. This is by far the least well kept. On the plus side the arrangement for drinking water is very sensible

"Perfect New York Hotel"

I travelled to NY for work and wanted to extend my stay for pleasure with my partner. The hotel was in a perfect location as it was walking distance to both the business location and Times Square. As with all NY hotels, there is not a lot of space in each room, but overall the hotel was perfect. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean, room was clean, staff were pleasant, fresh coffee/tea all day, loved the shampoo and soaps, bed was sooo cozy, etc. When I come back to NY, I will definitely stay here again.
