Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier in public areas and are not permitted in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Please ensure your dog is not left unattended in your room and is up to date on all vaccinations, as proof may be requested.

It's a small hotel that punches above its weight class. Decent rooms, good location, excellent value, and very helpful staff. Pretty quick, and you can get the rooms dark at night to sleep. Some of the rooms are very small, so be careful if you're price conscious and are booking the smallest room (esp if there is more than one of you). The staff were incredibly nice and didn't make you feel guilty for asking them for help with something.

My travel gang and I try to get to the city at least twice a year. For over a decade now we have come home to Club Quarters. The Midtown location could not be more comfortable and convenient to everything we love to do. There's nothing like having the front desk staff greet you by first name. Star treatment!!! One would think that staying the week of Christmas at a Manhattan Hotel would be a chaotic experience, but not at the Club Quarters Hotel Times Square. The Front Desk was always very accommodating with my requests and inquiries. The complimentary coffee, tea, water and sparkling water was very refreshing in their ample quiet lounge area with tables where you can enjoy these refreshments and any food brought in from the deli across the street. The hotel is one block from Times Square and there are many restaurants around the hotel for anyone's budget. IMPORTANT NOTE: My wife left her wallet full of credit cards and cash on the bed when checking out. We didn't realize it till hours after leaving the hotel. We went back and the house keeping staff had returned it to the Front Desk!!! Amazing!!! This says a lot about the kind of staff at the CQ Hotel. I'm impressed. Mark B.

The hotel staffs are very remarkable and polite. I loved the room we stayed especially the pillows are so fluffy and big that’s why I love to stay in this hotel. We are 4 times stayed in Club Quarter hotel. It’s worth it!! Loved it! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great boutique-type hotel within walking distance to all of the great attractions in midtown. Nestled between 5th and 6th avenue on 45th street, the Club Quarters Hotel Times Square offers a pleasant staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Central Park is a 20 minute walk and Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza are a stone's throw away. For being in the middle of such a busy area, it wasn't terribly noisy. Do not expect large rooms (you are in the middle of Manhattan!) and there is not a bar in the hotel. The hotel does have a nice sitting area that includes coffee, tea and water at all hours of the day and evening. Nespresso coffee in the room as well. Would choose this hotel again in the future!
