EXTREMELY DISHONEST & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES I booked a tour with this company and specifically selected them because the tour location was walking distance to my hotel. On the MORNING OF THE TOUR (they specifically waited until I was within their cancellation window) THEY CHANGED THE TOUR LOCATION then after making changes to the agreement that I paid for they DENIED MY MONEY BACK AFTER THEY MADE CHNAGES TO THE TOUR LAST MINUTE. This is stealing and not ethical i did not purchase the new location that they were trying to move my tour to. What they did was wrong and not to mention they do not answer their phones.... Expedia tried calling them several times and so did I and they are non-responsive.
