"Gorgeous Views, Lovely Customer Service, Comfortable Beds"

Our front desk clerks Petra & Denise were Amzazing with providing us with the best customer service experience. The Corner King room was beautiful, I loved the view of the Freedom Tower being straight across from the bed. The city’s glow at night was gorgeous and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Will be visiting again soon.

"We had the BEST luck! ❤️"

We came for our yearly trip, but we booked just a standard King bed room. Once upon arrival we checked in and got upgraded to a suite, we went to our room and found that someone else was already checked in there. We went back to our guy Terquone and he hooked us up to the BEST room and view I have ever stayed in while visiting the City! He didn’t even know but we were celebrating our anniversary as well as our recent engagement! Everything worked out perfect and amazing for our trip! Of course the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and all we could ask for. I cannot thank him enough for his act of kindness and love shown to us! We WILL FOR SURE be staying her again!!

All members of my family enjoyed our stay. The 3 rooms we reserved were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and accessible to important places of the city. It were perfect if there was a restaurant in the hotel, although someone said it was being remodeling.

"Worst hotel experience ever in NYC"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed January 09, 2025 NEW
1) I arrived for check in at 2:30; was told not ready till 4 but I could leave ID and credit card and did so. When I tried to check in at 5:15, I was told the room "had not been released by housekeeping" yet. I got check in at 5:30 after arguing with thbe desk clerk, 2) Twin beds were too small for two of us in each 3) Room was dry and had trouble sleeping 4) The last straw was that the toilet would not flush at 4 am or anytime during morning., I opened up back of it and hand flushed it. Could not repair. Checked out early for one of two nights and went to a different hotel. At $600 per night with tax, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in NYC.

"Warm welcome"

Just checked in, but felt the need to write a review regarding our check in. From the moment we approached the front desk, Petra greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. We are here for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday, and Petra extended a happy birthday to her. As a hotel manager back home, this was really appreciated. Our room here is nice, the view is breathtaking, and we are so excited to be here! Thank you again, Petra, for the great vibes!
