AVOID!!!! We paid upfront for our room through Expedia, on arrival we were asked for a card so they could take $100 deposit which would be refunded when we checked out. We checked out almost a week ago and I have a £100 fraudulent charge on my card from the hotel. I have tried to contact them and they have not responded to my emails. Y bank is now disputing it with them. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, AVOID IT!!!!

A great Hotel in the center of New York's financial district. Just beside the Twin Tower memorials and the modern Fulton subway complex connecting to the World Trade Centre and also includes the Westfield shopping centre. Also a visit worth is the Greek Orthodox Church besides the hotel. Staff very competent and polite. Walking distance to the North cove Yacht Harbor and Brookfield Shopping centre. With the subway you can reach most places in good time.

Ms. Masha-Ann, Guest Service Manager at Club Quarters Hotel, saved our trip across the USA. We had a serious problem with passports. For 2 and a half hours, with tenacity, kindness and firmness, he made a series of phone calls for us until he solved the problem. A gentle warrior. In the meantime he welcomed and listened to all the other guests who arrived, preventing queues from forming. You were unique, THANK YOU! Milena e Mauro

where to start... it was clean, good location bed was comfortable, water pressure was good and hot. thats it. where to end- early check in app didnt work despite a reply saying it did.... room was not ready. no one else is there checking in but told theres no other rooms available other than 1. so we take it to find out theres a 3' vertical square support piller dead center in the middle of the room, the window was 4' square and completely obscured by HVAC external piping, could barely see daylight. the elevators were so disturbing, mechanical noises all night long. the room was located directly behind the elevator shafts, 20th floor lounge has been closed since covid ended but still advertised as open on website, the room was not at all even remotely close to what i reserved, pictures are completely misleading. beware. this room should have been a storage closet and ive seen other similar reviews on this issue.....

My sister and I stayed here the night before our half marathon to get a good nights rest in close to the start line. At 10 PM as we were going to bed, we discovered an enormous sinkhole in the middle of the mattress that caused both of us to sink into the middle of it. We decided against changing rooms since it was so late and we had to wake up early, and that was a huge mistake since neither of us got restful sleep. We only chose to stay here as a convenient, safe place to sleep, and unfortunately it did not provide that, and we can’t recommend it to anyone. If you’re assigned room 313, immediately request a different one!
