The great location is the main reason to choose this hotel. Typically, New York hotel rooms are smaller, this one was OK. Friendly personnel and a very nice view from the rooftop bar, however the options at the rooftop bar are fairly limited and don’t live up to the NYC standards. Keep the windows closed at night, the smell from the inner yard is absolutely terrible.

Nice hotel and location,but I have to add that I'm still waiting for my refundable deposit I've sent countless emails and my calls go unanswered very disappointing I've been back 6 weeks,never had issues from other hotels won't be booking there again when I visit end of the year and by the sounds of it I'm not the only one either

AVOID!!!! We paid upfront for our room through Expedia, on arrival we were asked for a card so they could take $100 deposit which would be refunded when we checked out. We checked out almost a week ago and I have a £100 fraudulent charge on my card from the hotel. I have tried to contact them and they have not responded to my emails. Y bank is now disputing it with them. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, AVOID IT!!!!

A great Hotel in the center of New York's financial district. Just beside the Twin Tower memorials and the modern Fulton subway complex connecting to the World Trade Centre and also includes the Westfield shopping centre. Also a visit worth is the Greek Orthodox Church besides the hotel. Staff very competent and polite. Walking distance to the North cove Yacht Harbor and Brookfield Shopping centre. With the subway you can reach most places in good time.

Ms. Masha-Ann, Guest Service Manager at Club Quarters Hotel, saved our trip across the USA. We had a serious problem with passports. For 2 and a half hours, with tenacity, kindness and firmness, he made a series of phone calls for us until he solved the problem. A gentle warrior.
