Terrible experience. We made a small request for blankets and the guy at the front desk was very rude and dismissive even after highlighting that we had 2 toddlers who were feeling very cold. Will never book there again! This was such a simple request.

Great choice for a NYC trip. The hotel staff is very collaborative and helpful (which is often not the case with most of the Midtown hotels). The rooms are clean and recently updated. Coffee and water available as complementary. We found to price to be reasonable and justified. Do check it out. The area is also nice, offering restaurants, bars, many relevant sightseeing locations.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered! Each staff person I communicated with was genuinely delightful and helpful. The location of the hotel is near the World Trade Center Memorial, so traffic is more minimal and there are always police and security presence, so I felt very safe exploring solo in the evening and going on a run in the morning. Great quality for the price. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Parts of the bathroom showed a bit of wear and tear, which is to be expected.

Our stay lasted 3 days and not one day did they clean or tidy the room. We had 3 people in the room, I think that for 2 people it is fine but for 3 it is small and the extra bed was too small for an adult. On the other hand, the hotel is cozy and quiet. They offer free tea and coffee but 2 out of 3 days we had to wait for hot water or coffee for over 20 minutes.

Good location in downtown, my favorite part of the city! Very close to historic first area where NYC started! (walk thru Trinity church, Alexander Hamilton’s grave.) I have worked in hospitality forever, Ritz Carlton the longest. First impressions are key! The ladies and gentlemen as the Ritz would call them, professional, friendly and caring! Thanks to all the staff, I’ll be back.
