Second time in a year I’ve been there, our stay was perfect, highly recommended. They have accomplished all my requests, the room was clean with a beautiful city view. The location on WTC is my favorite to have the best stay in nyc The staff is also very professional and kind!

felt super safe as a solo traveller, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I had accidentally left some belongings and it was packed and kept neatly. The rooftop is lovely and the view from my room (17th floor) was lovely. The check in/out gets kinnda cramped with people at peak times, so make use of the excellent electronic system they have!

Loved this hotel overlooking the World Trade Centre memorial and close to many subway stations, cafes and restaurants and a big shopping centre. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the room very bright and well furnished. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. We appreciated the freshly brewed coffee machine in the lounge and the supply of still and sparkling water on tap with strong re-usable bottles provided. The 20th floor bar and restaurant re-opened on our last day and the breakfast was delicious, accompanied by the best fresh orange juice we found during our week long stay in New York. We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed every single thing at the hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The restaurant on the 20th flr was very nice. The bartenders were awesome and the Burrata I purchased was delicious. Me and my honey and the best time together there. We truly can't wait to go again.

Our stay was great,Emely at the front desk helped us answering all questions,and giving us suggestion about where to go for our anniversary dinner.place was clean and cozy.911 memorial and mall is next to the hotel.room was small but it was ok for us.
