"Terrible customer service"

ATTENTION!!! Do NOT purchase tickets to splish splash in advance. This business does not value its customers. I purchased tickets for a specific date and the park closed due to “iffy” weather and they never bothered to contact me. It’s very disheartening when their site is extremely encouraging to purchase in advance. This “locally owned” and “mom and pop” type business didn’t even call me back after many attempts to reach them and communicate my dissatisfaction. It’s very clear how they feel about local and returning customers. I’m STILL waiting for a call back. Don’t go here. American Dream Mall is just as close for those living mid-island and I’m sure would treat their customers better. Please look for my story on news 12!

A large water park with about 15 attractions. I love the fact that they have lots of shade while you're waiting in line. Also plenty of umbrellas covering picnic tables. However, everything is super expensive. Entrance is not cheap, on top of that you have to pay 30 bucks for parking. The food is super costly inside and you're not allowed to bring your own food in (yet, to be fair, they have plenty of picnic tables in the parking lot where you can eat your food and then return back to the park). They have lockers for your valuables, but again, they're very expensive - 15 bucks. The lines to many of the attractions are super long and most of them will take 30 minutes to an hour, while the ride itself is usually about 1 minute. One specific ride I didn't like was the lazy River. It's very long, however it's also very slow . I found myself using my hand to propel myself forward. Otherwise I would have been stuck there forever. I think your best option is to do a yearly pass as going twice is enough to cover the price of pass. Also bring food from home.

This is a decent park, with a few advantages. Pros - great location, really only game in town in Long Island and close to other attractions - prices high but not outrageous - big with lots of different rides Cons - dirty - since they are huge and probably bleeding money, I get sense they get overwhelmed - crowded, which contributes to the dirt - this isn't the park's fault, but crowd sometimes are of rowdy sort - teenagers in groups unsupervised, folks who think it's fine to jump lines - this is the park's fault, very poor line control due to understaffing or poor training. Lazy river is prime example where groups of kids just jump the queue and no one cares because they have one person manning a perennially crowded ride. Then people rush the tubes and they soon start making their way in snatching tubes. I'm a big dude but poor mothers with little kids, etc - H2Go (fast pass) bracelets are very expensive and tend to break down. Never not been in line for it with people coming back in line to complain it's not working - ride accessibility is very very bizarre. They make you wait in line for proof, but then after they verify you they make you wait in the main, long line for the H2Go. Defeats point, like one last humiliation before you earn it? It's too tough to just have the pass where you provide proof, they are literally next door - lockers are very expensive, really need to get Platinum pass every year for it to make sense

I love this place! It has so many water slides and so much to do! One thing I dont like is that it’s really big and it isn’t easy to get directions. Other than that, you should absolutely check this place out!

Splish splash was disappointing. The waters were disgustingly dirty. I have never seen a water park so dirty in my life. There’s no showers available. It smell really bad everywhere you walked. You have to make lines to get into the lazy pool, which I’ve never experienced in all of my waterpark trips. Six flags hurricane harbor is 100 times better than this and so are other waterparks that you can find in PA for instance. The food is overpriced and also disgusting. Horrible quality food. They refry so much you feel like you’re eating cardboard. Don’t spend your money here, go somewhere else.
