Plan to spend about 1.5–2 hours, depending on how much you want to see and do, but you can stay at the observation deck as long as you like.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
On busy days, parties of 5 or fewer will share The Ledge with another group for a maximum of 90 seconds. Parties of 6 or more will have 90 seconds per group.
For better photos, turn off your flash or use the backlight function when shooting through the windows of the Skydeck and The Ledge. Pre-set photos are also available for purchase.

Overall a decent experience, we got lucky as we went right around closing time, if you are less than a group of three you get only 60 seconds to get your pictures which is highly impossible to get all the pictures you want, we went again in the line to get more pictures, as it it already 9:00pm and it wasn’t crowded we had a full ledge for free so we got extra tickets

Tip: Try to get around the closing time or right after they open if you want good pictures

We arrived shortly after they opened on a Friday and did not have to spend much time waiting in line. If you buy your voucher online you are able to bypass the line to buy to pick up your tickets. The views from the top were spectacular and it was nice that they had a gift shop on top and on the main level. The wait for the ledge was a little longer and you only get a short amount of time to enjoy the view, but the staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to take photos for you!

Tip: Get there early to avoid a long wait to get to the top and to the ledge.

Tripster website was simple and quick booking. Loved the experience at Skydeck Chicago, beautiful view and we went twice on the ledge to have the best pictures, different poses with only 60seconds on the ledge for each family.
I would definitely recommend Skydeck Chicago as part of the Chicago trip. Enjoy guys

Tip: Sky ledge - 60-90 seconds, but u can get into queue again and get your kind of pictures.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. the view from above is absolutely stunning. You can get a 360-degree view of the entire city and even some of the outskirts. And best of all, there is a glass box that suspends from the tower into the middle of nowhere. You can stand on the glass box appreciating mankind's ability to defy laws of gravitation. You will remember this trip forever till your last breath.

Excellent views from the top of the Willis Tower. It had been about thirty years since I last visited Chicago and I made sure to take my daughter to see the beautiful views from the 103rd floor of the Willis (old Sears) Tower. We did visit on the weekend of Lollapalooza so it was very packed. We spent about three hours total in order to get to the top. But it was well worth it. Recommend this and you won't regret it. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks to Tripster for the discounts.

Tip: Make sure that you download your tickets on your phone prior to getting to the Willis tower. Internet connection and the Wifi there is very unpredictable.

Awesome experience! Amazing views! The line was about 20 minutes down stairs and another wait of 20 minutes or so for the ledge so plan for 1 hour to 1.5 hours for your visit. This is totally worth the wait. The view at night is supposed to be wonderful as well.

Tip: Save a few dollars by purchasing on a third party site.
