The staff were all lovely, the rooms were attended to every day. But the kitchenette was completely empty therefore the stove top and microwave were useless and required additional purchases. The bed was extremely comfy but the sofa bed was on a slant and smaller than a twin bed. There was complimentary refillable watter bottles but no other amenities.

Nice hotel in an excellent location, right in the center of the city. Confortable room and bed, free fresh water, coffe machine with free coffe, staff very helpful and polite. Only problem, the room was a bit too warm and it was not possible to cool down or ventilate it.

Easy access, and good, clean hotel. Nice area in Chicago as well. Lots of good food options near by. Also, centrally located and easy to get to via bus, train, taxis, etc. It is also close to the north side of the river. I would recommend and stay there again.

Amazing staff. Great location. Cleanliness was good. No issues and a comfortable stay! Overall experience from start to finish was great! I only had a small issue with my thermostat resetting to 72• overnight but everything else was clean, tidy, and worked great!

The staff at the CQ Central Loop were Excellent. They are all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very nice, comfortable beds, wonderful living area and lower-level work out room. I am so grateful for the people and location. Stay here. It is the best.
