very convenient location, located right in the city center near bars, restaurants, shops, bus and metro stops and attractions to visit. the staff was helpful and kind. the free water and drinks dispenser (tea and coffee) was convenient. we were there for new year's eve and the choice to take the room with a river view was excellent, we saw the fireworks comfortably from the room.

When you approach the building you instantly become the most valued customer they have ever had. I was treated like a queen. I had accidentally made a reservation at the Adams location and the Wacker location contacted them and corrected it for me. They also stored our luggage after checkout so that we could do additional shopping without our luggage. This was our 2nd visit and it will not be our last!

The hotel is nice. It’s in walking distance to a lot of things. Our room overlooked the Chicago River and was a beautiful view. Rooms are a little small but big enough. There is free coffee and cappuccino on the 2nd floor. Valet parking is a nice amenity also.

We really enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to go back. The hotel is very conveniently located. The train is only a couple blocks, the BigBus has a stop right across the street & it’s easy pick up for an Uber or Taxi. Plus it’s early walking distance to lots of things! The staff at the hotel always greeted us with a smile & warm welcome or leaving. They were very helpful. We felt very safe durning our stay. Our room was wonderful, very spacious. The beds were comfortable, the pillows are great! The bathrooms in our room were very nice. Loved the shower. We really liked the refillable bottles offered, very nice touch! We really enjoyed this hotel & will definitely stay here again!!! We weren’t expecting a nice view but had a wonderful view of the river, it was beautiful morning & night! Looking forward to our next trip in!

Great location on upper Wacker by River Walk. Easy walking distance to Michigan Avenue, tour boats, Navy Pier, Millennial Park, downtown loop. Beautiful hotel with plenty of charm. Excellent staff. There are plenty of food and drink options close by, and very easy to get a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel!
