This exterior-only tour of the longest extant building in the city also includes the frequently attacked defense outpost, the Santo Domingo Redoubt, as well as the famously haunted City Gates, and the terrifying Huguenot Cemetery... at night, after dark!

Join this tour's licensed guides and paranormal investigators for St. Augustine's premier paranormal investigation... if you dare!

This tour and investigation program includes the use of shared equipment, such as EMF meters, spirit boxes, and more, which they supply and demonstrate how to use... You are also welcome to bring any of your own equipment that you'd like. Photos and recordings of this guided program are welcome and encouraged.

Your Paranormal Investigation adventure will check in at the Ghost Tours of St. Augustine's tour office, where you will have a short ghost tour en route to the Castillo grounds. The total tour duration is approximately two hours.

Please Note: There is no entry inside of the Castillo. All investigation activities take place on the grounds surrounding the fort, including inside the moat and defense embankments.

A fun and informative experience. Our guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and safety focused. The preparatory ghost tales and orientation were excellent - if a tad bit long winded for those of us anxious to explore. I would personally prefer to start the investigation with very basic information on hot spots and hints, then regather at the end of the tour to share experiences and photos. But, that’s me. We had an interesting encounter with the children in the basement that we are still talking about. A great and fun evening with a highly skilled staff. Very well worth the time and money. 👍

We did the exspress tour at 8:40 and the lady that was our guide was fantastic. We had a few experiences and it was a great tour. Hands down 5 star for this tour, staff and experience. I would recommend to any one that does not just want to sit on a trolley and ride around. We are definitely doing it and again and hope to have the same tour guide again she was phenomenal

If you’re looking for a no frills ghost tour that actually focuses on local lore and actually trying to find and communicate with ghosts this is it. My SO had been on other tours in the area and found them to be too cheesy. This tour uses a small group traveling in a van which made it a very personal experience. This tour takes you to sites others don’t which you actually get to explore, take photos of, and use EMP readers and dowsing rods. Tour guide Andy was super knowledgeable about paranormal investigation, the sites we went to, the particular spirits in the areas, and just local history and lore in general. At the end we were taken back to our cars or as close as possible. HIGHLY recommend if you want to do an actual paranormal tour and not a theatrical production.

Everdark Express. Guide Robin. Wonderful. She was very very knowledgable, engaging. We have been on numerous ghost tours before (3 walking tours and the Haunted Trolley Tour- that was too theatrical for us) but this one took us to many new-to-us locations. Got great pix of orb and an apparition at the St. Francis Inn! Also experienced some chills and overwhelming sadness at the Lighthouse stop (picnic/playground) area. It was nice to ride around the city and also get to stop at different sites. Highly recommend this tour with Robin. Make the time fot it! It's worth it.
