Excellent location. Comfortable room. Nice breakfast, not complimentary though. Staff friendly. Evening bar, quite popular especially at happy hour. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Beds comfortable. Right across the street from the Nombre de Dios mission, famous cross-height wise. Easy walk to historic district and Ripley's Believe it or not.

Had to evacuate for hurricane Milton, got to the hotel after a 4+ hour drive only to be told that we had to evacuate there too. Really? Both the hotel and Hilton, I made my reservation directly, couldn’t have notified me and the other VERY ANXIOUS & ANNOYED customers who also arrived from their evacuation zones. We had no where to go for the night so we were forced to stay and leave their premises at 8am as mandated. Still got charged $24 for parking, IN THEIR PARKING LOT, that’s not valet or anything. What was the point of complaining, they weren’t gonna do anything about everyone’s complaints. We were then forced to drive the next day, in hazardous conditions-pouring pre-hurricane rain, to find another hotel. I don’t feel I should have paid full price for this stay, but apparently the hotel convinced AMEX that my dispute had no merit.

It’s clean. The bathroom vanity is big enough. That’s about all the pros I can say about it. There is a charge of $24/day for parking. They give you two towels and one bar of soap. No little extras, like makeup wipes. The hotel itself is dark with low ceilings. The eating area is tiny and part of the hotel entrance area. It’s dark. Breakfast is extra, and we did not partake. The rooms are dark, and there is nothing bright or cheerful about this hotel. If you just need a clean place to shower and sleep, it’s ok.

Reception staff and room were fine Breakfast was very poor - limited choice and chaotic management by the one member of staff wearing some kind of a bandana Had to chase to get the room serviced which eventually took place mid afternoon However the hotel is in a good location and has parking although this cost a rather steep $24 per day

The lady who checked us in was super nice & helpful! Rooms were super cute, plenty of amenities & clean! It's about a 15 minute walk or less to the main historic district. It was perfect & quiet. It was a great price point as well considering the location.
