Excellent from start to finish! Our pilot Charles was great, giving us just the right amount of useful information during the flight. One person on our group was very nervous, and Charles accurately warned when there was going to be any turbulence and during this calmly talked to us about the views which helped her realise it was all perfectly normal. This trip is a must and definitely the best way to see the Grand Canyon.

Outstanding Trip, Papillon were very accomodating in booking from overseas and when we wanted to add an extra passenger to the group, they also made this seamless and the communication by email and phone was above expectation. We felt safe from the hotel pickup, initial briefing, to boarding and the Pilot (an Aussie but can't remember his name) was excellent. The actual flight and Grand Canyon experience was outstanding, definitely a memorable bucket list item and is something we would all recommend to anyone visiting Vegas, the views of the canyon and the strip and photo opps were amazing. Landing on the floor of the canyon was something special. We did the morning flight and had amazing time with no crowds, no wind, and crystal blue skies, and we only saw 1 other helicopter during the entire time. Worth mentioning, we had this same Heli Tour booked several years ago, but due to a medical emergency were unable to make the trip from Australia and Papillon were incredible with managing refunds etc. High integrity company that also provides amazing experiences!

As repeat customers of Papillon, having previously enjoyed a Grand Canyon tour, we were thrilled to take another flight, during our recent visit to Las Vegas. Our pilot, Nate, was exceptional! His lively and engaging personality made the ride along the Las Vegas Strip incredibly fun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had an unforgettable evening, and it's a memory we’ll treasure for years to come.

"Helicopter, boat, skywalk, Guano Point, Grand Canyon"

We had an amazing trip. From pick up at our hotel on the strip to drop off 7 hours later it was all top notch. Nothing felt rushed and there was no waiting around either. The weigh in part at check in is extremely subtle, very much appreciated. Our pilot was so knowledgable with lots of details on the area we flew over without being overwhelming. The music in the helicopter was great too, a lot of fun. Brilliant views from any seat. Incredible scenery. We stopped on the canyon floor to take a boat trip, another wonderful experience. We were the only guests on the pontoon which felt like a total treat. The guide was again very knowledgeable without being intrusive and took photos on our phones for us. We then got in another helicopter to go to the skywalk experience where a guide from Papillon escorted us to our personal photographer. They took several posed photos before leaving us with our guide who escorted us around the walk and back to the bus area for us to go on to Guano Point. These are hop on hop off buses operating every few minutes (15/20 maybe?). The enjoyed this part more than the Skywalk area, such magnificent scenery and a nice little walk. You could go further and scramble across the rocks if you wanted to but that was a bit beyond our comfort level. There was also another stop on the bus to go to the ziplines but we didn't go any further. We then went back to the terminal to meet our original group and fly back to Boulder City airport and take the shuttle back to the strip. A wonderful experience! The family in our group were so much fun, they really enhanced our experience too- no need to feel worried about sharing a ride with strangers. It's not a cheap experience but definitely a memorable one.
