We had an amazing trip. From pick up at our hotel on the strip to drop off 7 hours later it was all top notch. Nothing felt rushed and there was no waiting around either. The weigh in part at check in is extremely subtle, very much appreciated. Our pilot was so knowledgable with lots of details on the area we flew over without being overwhelming. The music in the helicopter was great too, a lot of fun. Brilliant views from any seat. Incredible scenery. We stopped on the canyon floor to take a boat trip, another wonderful experience. We were the only guests on the pontoon which felt like a total treat. The guide was again very knowledgeable without being intrusive and took photos on our phones for us. We then got in another helicopter to go to the skywalk experience where a guide from Papillon escorted us to our personal photographer. They took several posed photos before leaving us with our guide who escorted us around the walk and back to the bus area for us to go on to Guano Point. These are hop on hop off buses operating every few minutes (15/20 maybe?). The enjoyed this part more than the Skywalk area, such magnificent scenery and a nice little walk. You could go further and scramble across the rocks if you wanted to but that was a bit beyond our comfort level. There was also another stop on the bus to go to the ziplines but we didn't go any further. We then went back to the terminal to meet our original group and fly back to Boulder City airport and take the shuttle back to the strip. A wonderful experience! The family in our group were so much fun, they really enhanced our experience too- no need to feel worried about sharing a ride with strangers. It's not a cheap experience but definitely a memorable one.

We had an awesome experience on our first helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon. Tucker, our pilot did a great job of explaining the sights and took very good care of us. The views of the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon were amazing.

We mistakenly Booked the wrong date For a flight of 4.Per The young lady I spoke to on the phone said to send them a email. And I was very surprised To get a call the next day. They did not have to do anything for us as the mistake was mine, However They did offer to take us on the night flight Just not the neon part Which was already booked up. I completely understood that Very grateful That they did anything at all ,which they did not have to do.

I booked a helicopter tour from Las Vegas to the Hoover Dam and over the strip 22 days in advance. while booking they ask you for your weight as they need to balance the helicopter. once I arrived for my tour we were informed that I entered my party of 2 weight incorrectly and they were overweight on the helicopter and unable to balance the flight they subsequently canceled our flight. I informed them that I absolutely entered the weight correctly as I made sure to weigh myself and the other person in my party did the same. They were insistent on it being my fault. They did offer a refund reluctantly, and after contacting Vegas.com, where I booked the tour and after doing some investigating, we found that I did give them the correct weight and that they lied to me and overbooked the tour and rather than canceling the other party of four they canceled my party of two. absolute incompetence and extremely poor customer service.

We flew with Papillon from Grand Canyon West Airport into the Grand Canyon, then took a boat tour on the Colorado River and then flew back. We also bought access to the West Rim viewpoints through them, alongside the Skywalk tickets and lunch. The whole experience was seamless and a highlight of our trip. We forgot about the time zone change between Nevada and Arizona, but the team were very accommodating. The pilots didn't say anything, but the guide in the Canyon was brilliant. We enjoyed the included lunch overlooking the Canyon. The Skywalk was very busy and the shuttle bus operation within Grand Canyon West not particularly smooth, but that isn't a Papillon operation. Overall I would thoroughly recommend them.
