We booked a room with 2 king size beds but it had been taken on arrival, instead they gave us a junior suite and paid for our dinner! Great Staff, quiet location. Pool Area is shaded in the afternoon so idea for families. Nice breakfast and lovely evening meal. Very reasonably priced. Free Shuttle to the airport! Nice for a quick stay over!

My friends and I were unable to use the whirlpool due to at least 12 children in it on the evening of 6/16/24. The pool was also full of children as adults sat poolside and drank. The children in the whirlpool were unruly and squirting water guns. One child even carried an ice bucket of pool water back and forth to the whirlpool dumping it in the whirlpool several times. Some of the children were under of the age of 12 and stayed in the whirlpool for the two hours I was poolside which was a direct violation of the posted sign. There was trash all over the poolside including empty soda bottles, beer cans, chip bags, and microwave popcorn bags. My friends and I went to the front desk several times for assistance but was told that no manager was on duty.

Location of this hotel was good. The trash cans around the outside of the building were overflowing. Housekeeping did not speak English. They were cleaning carpets on a Friday night in Las Vegas! The breakfast was mediocre. The staff at the front desk was rude.

Had I known this wasn't the only Hilton property in this area, I'd have stayed at Homewood Suites or at Hampton Inn. This is a tired old hotel which really needs refurbishing. The rooms are clean and large but unfortunately the hotel is across the road from a raceway and all we heard was noise form the vehicles. Centrally located within close proximity to the city. Good shuttle bus with service to/from airport and car rental places. Would not stay here again.

I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews. After our stay, I’m very confused by them. Our experience was that of a low end budget motel: grimy carpets, apparent mold in the grout, broken ice machines, and extremely dated decor. Unfortunately our room was priced quite high and not at all worth the cost. The breakfast buffet was good - make sure to book a room with breakfast included. We were told on checkin that our room included breakfast, but our server at breakfast time told us we’d have to pay $15/person (after we already had our plates). Only when I objected did she tell us, yes, breakfast was indeed included. Overall, we felt this was a poor value.
