Enjoy on-site dining at Veranda, serving modern American cuisine with outdoor seating options. Guests can also dine at Charlie Palmer Steak or PRESS, which features small plates and hand-crafted cocktails.

Guests can lounge in the large private outdoor pool. Eight private cabanas offer pool and waterfall views. Guests can also relax with a massage, nail services, or facial and body treatments from the full-service spa.

McCarran International Airport is a 10-minute drive from Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. Bali Hai Golf Course is less than 1 mile away.

The service, amenities and hospitality was top notch. The room was absolutely amazing. Every detail was so well thought out, from the layout of the room to the house keeping. The hotel was sweet enough to have a welcoming pastry in the room beforehand so when we checked in and got up to the room we were surprised by a nice card and delicious prepared dessert. The day before we checked out to leave, the Hotel again surprised us with an assortment of little treats and a thank you card for staying with them. Every service and amenity of the hotel is accessible by the phone which has a speed dial button to reach it. I used the laundry service during the stay and the clothes were laundered and handled very nicely. I loved the fact that the floor was quiet the entire stay and there was even a filtered chilled water dispenser by the elevator on our floor. So nice when to refill water bottles with fresh water before heading out to explore the strip. The hotel occupies the 35-39th floor of Mandalay Bay and has their own set of elevators to access the guest rooms. They have their own lobby and valet enterance and direct access to the Mandalay Bay casino. Extremely convenient when you're checking in or getting back to the hotel after a long day and late night, it's nice to not have to deal with crowded lobbies or any of the casino traffic. The hotel also has a tram that goes from Mandalay Bay to Luxor and Excalibur, as well as an express tram that goes from Mandalay to Excalibur directly. Came in very handy for getting easy access to 4 neighboring hotels. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the stay and I will make Four Seasons my go-to hotel stay in future visits!!!

Our stay at FS Las Vegas was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ( Doorman/Valet) & Front desk agent at check-in! Our room -• spotless and very comfortable with it turndown with ice and dimmed lights and shades drawn! A nice touch of a little arrival amenity and water bedside. Of course the location was perfect & far away from noise & lights of the city. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast in our room •great presentation and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas if you want friendly prompt service. No casino in FSLV but Mandalay Bay is located downstairs and through the private lockout doors. {elevator room} ( FSLV guest usage only) Note to readers:⚠️ chair next to magazine table and standing lamp is A SWIVEL CHAIR, beware on how you sit on it ! Hubby fell foward & on to floor. Thank you FSLV, great as FS employees are up be and the services expected from you all. Doorman/Valet staff! Go Hawai’i!

I booked with Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts. Didn't get the 12pm check-in, in fact, didn't get a room until after 5pm waiting in line for over half an hour. Room was on the small side and no upgrade. Breakfast was just a muffin and coffee. If the pool is closed and no one uses the room phone to make calls what exactly is the $55 daily resort fee for? I like my rooms cold, but the room temperature was artic. It was 48 at night and the heat barely worked. Loud parties throughout the hotel but it's expected being in Vegas. Housekeeping were friendly and that's about the only positive of this place. Everything else was just bad. There are better luxury hotels in vegas than this.

The bed was so intolerable that at 3 am my wife and I asked for another room. First time I've had this issue in over 20 years of travel. I've slept on carboard mattresses in motels that I'm able to put with and on floors that were more comfortable than this. According to this "luxury hotel" that can't be done in the middle of the night so we had to wait until the next day. Bed was better but still very low quality. Were these from the local prison?

My wife and I are frequent return visitors and the experience is always wonderful. There has not been a single let down at any of our stays. From the unobtrusive attentiveness of the staff, to the pristine condition of the rooms, the promptness of service requests, it is clear that there is strong management in place that stresses attention to detail. Being able to access all of the facilities of Mandalay Bay from within a calm oasis of luxury is so nice. The secret door that leads straight into the casino is such a good touch and saves some time getting from the FS to the casino and strip. The spa services are always outstanding as we normally book a couples massage. Additionally, a tremendous shout out to May at Veranda. May has taken care of us for at least 5 years now and we ask to be seated in her section every time, it's like we're family each time we visit. Keep up the wonderful work!
