The deck is an excellent viewpoint, and offers something different to the other tall attractions. The lift down after was good too.

Visited this on our first day after travelling all day. Amazing views across NYC. It was very windy when on the observation deck, but the views are definitely worth the wind. It is a must if visiting NYC. Definitely recommend.

"Astonishing view - poor consideration for customers"

As a family of 4, we wanted to visit the edge today (feb. 23, 2025), just before taking our bus back to DC. We had a luggage and we were told at the entrance that luggage were not allowed inside. We completely understand the security reasons behind this ‘no luggage’ policy, we don’t put that into question, however there is a proper way to enforce this policy, and Daniel, operator at the entrance, definitely lacked of professionalism. We asked for advise and for help and he did not show any sign of compassion and said he felt sincerely sorry, just suggesting an undoable solution very far away whereas our time there was very short. We found his behavior very rude and even felt disdain. We expected better from the edge for this family experience. This “I don’t care’ attitude is so rude when you think of the price we pay. You should also mention this policy ON THE TICKET, as I am sure it’s not the first time tourists find themselves in this situation. Thank you for your CONSIDERATION. Other than that, the view is awesome, obviously, but the one world summit experience is more complete.
