Not a great experience with the hotel, communication was really difficult, sometimes a little rude at reception. The gentleman were easier and friendlier when dealing with the hotel, ladies not so much. The room is dated, falling apart even. The entire building is scruffy and needing a refresh. Not close to a 3* rating. Breakfast facilities not fit for purpose although breakfast itself was decent. Lifts rubbish, if you have mobility issues I’d angle for a lower level floor. All in all, poor hotel and would advise against a long stay.

I've never stayed in a hotel where you eat off paper plates and use plastic cutlery. Drink out of paper cups. Even paper cups in your room for coffee machines. The list of which there are 2 only holds 6 people, and at breakfast, they get jammed because too many people sqeese into them. One morning, people had to use the stairs. Exhausting! The dining hall is so small you have to wait for a table. Lack of choice for breakfast. The paint was peeling off the mirror frame in the bathroom. Sorry, there are no photos. I'm not normally one to complain, so I didn't take photos of bad things, but when I got home, I felt compelled to write a review. All the Holiday Inns I've stayed in there has been no issues but this is by far the worst.

A lovely warm welcome by Touria, the hotel is dated inside but theain thing was the comfortable beds & cleanliness. Would recommend plenty of travel time from the airport due to the very busy roads in and around the city which we expected but not to the extent we endured

This hotel did not respond to any emails sent to their official email address for an entire week after the reservation. It was only after I called that they finally checked the email. When I later filed a complaint via email regarding their delayed response, they unilaterally stopped communicating. Additionally, on some floors, the elevator buttons did not work, forcing guests to access their rooms via other floors. If you are considering booking this hotel, please be aware of these issues.

The reception staff were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, they were rude and unapologetic when they made a colossal mistake in taking the security deposit twice. They also took the hotel tax out of the deposit - approx $17 per day total without any notice or mention at all. The room was ok, bathroom ok, we slept ok. Great view from 24th floor. Only 2 lifts which caused issues and delays. Breakfast was ok. All staff other than the reception staff were excellent.
