Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. It was a quick family trip and everyone enjoyed! The staffs were accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We booked this hotel for a family group last year. I had read many negative reviews, but I have to say so glad we ignored and booked. From booking and communication with the hotel general manager Naleni Sanichar, through to our stay, nothing was too much for her and her team. Our highlights for the hotel; + close to many attractions including Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building. + rooms were average size for NYC, clean, comfortable beds, quality toiletries, hairdryer, iron & board, large tv, safe, and coffee pod machine with complimentary coffee & tea pods. + free tea, coffee and water in lobby as well as microwave, ice machine & vending machines on flr 15. + high floor rooms have great views (ours were 2309, 2302 both with views of Empire State) + Naleni and her team were excellent offering help, support when required in particular shout out to Soumia, Destiny & Alex. Reviews about outside around hotel are not necessarily accurate in my opinion, I would be inclined to say not really any different than most areas in central manhattan. If you re looking for a reasonably priced hotel, clean and comfortable bed in a convenient location, give them a try will definitely be back. Thanks again to Naleni & her team for making our trip so enjoyable! Tony

My stay at this hotel was incredible! From when I first checked in I received a gift bag with some very necessary items, i.e. water, granola bars and chocolate. As a special treat, I was given a room with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. It was lovely to look through my window as the lights danced at the top of the building. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and courteous whenever I walked through the lobby. It was nice being greeted after a long day. The area had everything I needed as well, with coffee shops and a grocery store nearby. I have a lovely experience each time I stay at this hotel.

"Great Location and Service, But Sleepless Night Due to Noisy HVAC"

We visited for a weekend in New York. Location is excellent, close to major attractions and easy access to transportation. Friendly and helpful staff at reception—check-in was smooth, and they stored our luggage without any issues as we arrived early. Stayed in a Double Queen room on a high floor, with a partial view. Room was compact but recently renovated, clean, and well-equipped (coffee machine, large LCD TV). Bathroom was very small but spotless, with a bathtub—though the shower had weak water flow. It would have been good value for money if not for one major issue (at least for us): a VERY NOISY HVAC SYSTEM that made it impossible to sleep. Fortunately, it was only for one night, but it really impacted our stay.
