"Good bikes, shame about the staff"

Overall my family and I enjoyed our day on the bikes, but the experience was let down by the staff’s attitude. We arrived, having booked 4 bikes online, at the same time as a big group of teenagers. The lady outside told (not asked) us to come back in 15 minutes, and another inside told my 70y/o mother to “get out of the way”. Not a nice start to our day. The guy who explained the bikes was very good, but on returning the bikes we were again greeted with a bad/incompetent attitude. Really disappointing. P.s bikes had no horn/bell - not safe

"Wonderful e-bike tour of DC monuments"

We came up to DC For a few days from NC and took the e-bike night DC monuments tour and it was so much fun. Seeing the monuments at night was a new experience for us. The highlight of the tour was our guide Eric who was very knowledgeable about DC history and all the monuments and was very friendly. I would highly recommend a bike tour through Unlimited Biking.

"Worth it! A great way to see most of the monuments and learn culture!"

Joe was amazing! I was a little nervous at first, as we were the only ones with kids on the night tour (11 yo and 15yo). The pace was great and Joe helped navigate the large school crowds without a problem! We were able to experience some uniques things during our tour (Naval academy presenting colors and the national anthem at the capitol and the motorcade while at the Washington memorial). We covered a large territory in the short amount of time we were there!
