"Wonderful hotel & staff"

The hotel is the best & we will definetly stay here again. The front desk staff, Delphine is a true example of how an excellent worker should be. She remembered me by name everytime she saw me & would ask what she could do to make my stay most pleasant. She upgraded us to a suite/parking package & gave us breakfast buffet coupons & was the sweetest lady! Then at the buffet we had Axi as our server & was the best! She kept our table cleared, our coffee cups full & even gave us a take out coffee. We also had a male terrific server but sadly I cannot remember his name. The buffet was perfect. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro (about 15 minutes) & 5 minutes away from Whole Foods Store. And fortunately the hotel shop had Sprite Zero, my favorite. The only glitch was the housekeeping staff took off my own pillowcases that I brought from home & replaced them with hotel ones. I always bring my own & was sad they took them off as they didn't look like the hotel ones at all. However, the cleaning staff kept our room spotless & lots of extra towels. We will definetely stay at this hotel the next time we visit DC. It is a great location & hotel with fabulous staff!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel from check-in to check out!! After a long day of travel, I was ready to check in and relax. I was greeted by Delphine who had this inviting, warm smile. She recognized my Diamond status with Hilton, which sadly, not many people do anymore. After receiving those amazing cookies, Delphine gave me recommendations on restaurants and things to see/do in the DC area as I was here for a few days. During my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. I would 100% stay here again.. and again next time I’m in town!

Good location, great customer service. From the front desk to housekeeping, and everything in between, everyone that I came in contact with was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and serviced every day. There was a spacious parking garage too!

Jordan at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I got checked in efficiently had everything I needed in no time. I’m in Arlington on business for a special event and this hotel is a great option if you need to be in close proximity to DC.

Really friendly staff at the front desk, particularly Jordan and Jamil. They really went over and above to make our stay the best. We also really enjoyed our visit to the lobby bar where Alami treated us just like family . I can’t wait for our next visit to this great hotel.
