booked here last minute and was happy i did , rooms are a decent size and have everything u need , not overpriced and close to everything , we were welcomed by a lovely man eric who was very knowledgable about the city and couldn help us anymore a gentleman , would recommend staying here

Great location close by nearly all Metro lines and the White House in a very safe area of the city. The bed was amazing. The room is large enough for a kingsize bed, an easy chair or sofa and a desk. The bathroom is rather small but fully functional. I loved the large living room with several large and smaller tables, sofas,and a coffee and thee machine. Also loved the free reusable purified water bottle system. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel does not provide breakfast. However opposite to the hotel their was an amazing Belgium breakfast restaurant were I had the best breakfast and coffee ever. 10% discount if you show your room card. One point of attention, the windows on the street side are rather thin. I am not used to much street noice, so I had to use earplugs.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. I had room 203 which is right above the Metro entrance. The noise from Metro and the busy corner otf17th and I Streets was deafening even with earplugs. There is no way to get a good night's sleep in this hotel. Go elsewhere!

It's a little noisy being in a city center, but a great location makes up for it. I used the living room frequently, and it was nice to have a space to work without needing to hide up in my room. Internet is very strong and reliable. I also appreciated having access to cold filtered bottled water, hot tea, and a printer at all hours.

"Feels More Like a Motel"

Too much noise outside the hotel at 3am due to cars racing and revving their engines. Room door was not flush to the frame or the floor. There was a large gap that let in light and air. Minimal personal service from the hotel staff and they do not have parking. Valet parking is provided around the corner from the hotel but you have to pay additional costs to leave and return.
