In town on vacation and having had a good experience a few nights ago we returned tonight. We had seen the packages online and just wanted the Ice Bar and the guy tried to charge over a hundred bucks for entry. Online much cheaper. He argued with us that was between 5-9pm which we knew it wasn’t. Decided to leave to go to Millers next door. Found the ticket online and he tried backtracking to say he was trying to offer that. I’d suggest going back to math classes because you clearly were not. Instead we won’t be back and will actively be telling people to avoid this place.

The ICE BAR was one stop for my birthday with my adult daughter. It did not disappoint! When the door attendants found out it was my birthday, they let me pick out a fun fur coat to wear in the bar. Kaitlyn was an awesome bartender making great suggestions and giving us a bit of background about the bar and the ice surrounding us. Went out to the Fire Lounge to warm up and had flaming drinks before heading back into the ICE BAR to hang with Kaitlyn a bit more. Great time!

Booked an evening here back in February. Had it all confirmed and the money was taken. Turned up on the day only to be told they had cancelled our booking in favour of a larger, corporate event. Whilst they agreed to refund us, I thought this was pretty shambolic to be honest. Not just the blatant greed, but the not being bothered to drop me a quick email. Really poor.

This was amazing. We truly felt like VIPS. Given a choice of champagne or a bottle of wine in our reserved area. Then pick two yummy light bites. He had sliders. I had pretzel bites. Delicious. Then into the actual ICEBAR. We had long fur coats and they gave us gloves. Our cocktails inside were part of the package. Don’t miss the strawberry fields. Terrific tequila in a literally frozen glass. Bartender was terrific. Folks doing shots and taking pictures. We loved it. Back out to the fire bar to warm up and another cocktail came with our package. Plus a yummy choice of donut hole or churros with a dipping sauce. This is a great experience. I would not have changed a thing !!!!!!

What are the operating hours?

Operating hours are typically Sunday–Thursday: 5:00pm–12:00am and Friday–Saturday: 5:00pm–2:00am. Hours are subject to change without prior notice. For opening and closing hours during your Florida visit, please refer to the operating calendar above when booking your tickets. Please note that guests between the ages of 8 to 20 are permitted between 5:00pm–9:00pm only.

How old do I have to be to get in?

Ages​ 8​ and above​ are permitted into ICEBAR Orlando and Fire Lounge till 9PM only. Non-alcoholic ​drink options​ are available for children​. Ages 21 and up can enjoy the ICEBAR Orlando and Fire Lounge with live DJs, a dance floor, alcoholic drinks and more till close!

Is parking available?

Yes, absolutely! There is a large parking lot behind the ICEBAR Orlando building that's free to use for ICEBAR Orlando patrons. Nearby Pointe Orlando parking garage is also available for a fee.

Is the whole building cold inside?

No, only about 25% of the building is kept below freezing. The rest of the space, the Fire Lounge, bathrooms and other areas, are kept at a comfortable temperature.

Are coats and gloves provided?

Yes, glove and coat rentals are included in the Ice Bar Orlando package. A faux fur coat upgrade is also available for an additional fee.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, ICEBAR has a dress code. Please wear dressy casual, resort casual, or nightclub attire. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for the 22°F below freezing temperature but are not required. Athleisure wear (i.e. sweatpants and cutoffs), beachwear, tank tops/muscle tees, and backpacks will not be permitted. The dress code is at the management's full discretion.
