Parking: Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando offers free, 24-hour-secured gated parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs. Parking is free for each guest’s first two cars. Afterward, each of the guest’s additional cars will be charged a $10 per night, per car parking fee.

Pet Policy: Dogs are most welcome. Guestroom accounts are charged a no-nrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom. Please notify the hotel prior to arrival date if traveling with a pet.

Before we arrived we were a bit concerned after reading some reviews. However there was nothing to be worried about! Our room was clean and quiet overlooking the pool on the 3rd floor. I agree that I wouldn't want a room overlooking the main highway so request a pool view room. Location is great, free parking and comfortable beds. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about to be honest, yes the hotel is a bit dated but I'm not sure what some people expect when it's so much cheaper than most other hotels in the area. We had breakfast a couple of days which was good for the price. We didn't see any homeless people like some reviews have mentioned. Pool was also clean. Overall a great hotel for the price in a great location, if you want something fancier then pay the price for something much more expensive!

Reasonably priced, standard room in a good location close to many restaurants. Front desk staff were pleasant and the room was clean. It’s looking a little tired but not awful. Little fitness room was ok and pools looked nice (I didn’t go in but they were busy). One of the buildings was under going construction.

After reading other reviews I was a little concerned but needn't of been. Great base to explore Orlando, courtesy bus to Universal very good never that full and always on time. We didn't eat in the hotel restuarant as there is so much nearby, used the bar and Grocery shop which were expensive but fine. Bought iride tickets before leaving UK and would recommend, bus stop right outside hotel, and again don't listen to the complainers never had an issue with it and you can use to go to both premium outlets and Seaworld. Would use this hotel again.

I stayed at the Rosen Inn at pointe Orlando with my youngest daughter for 10 nights and loved it. The staff were all friendly, the room was a bit dated but other than that it was fine. The beds were comfy and the shower was lovely. Before we went I emailed them to ask for a room where it was quiet as I had read reviews saying if you have a room on the I4 side it was noisy. They gave us a room on the ground floor facing I drive which was perfect. The only thing I would say is that you do not get a kettle in the room only a coffee maker which was no good for us as we don't drink coffee. The rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels were also left daily. we did try the food in the bar, my daughter had the chicken and liked it but I had the fish and chips and found the batter was over cooked but the fish inside was undercooked so I didn't eat it. The pools were lovely and there are towels so you don't need to bring one from the room. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again

This a motel type rooms , rooms are very old and dark carpet smells like cheap motel , breakfast is not included, it is located right next to I.4 highway is noisy all night long, also a helicopter tour it is next door so hear the helicopter taking off and landing all day long ,lot of people making noise in the hotel area
