Around 1 AM today, I arrived at the hotel, but there was no one at the front desk. I called the hotel twice before someone finally showed up. When I asked where I could park my car, I spent additional time searching for a spot since the parking lot was shared with other businesses, and parking in the wrong area could result in being towed. Eventually, the staff member gave us a keycard for the room. However, as soon as my wife, daughter, and I entered the room, we found two cockroaches, The beds Ripped in the corners, and we decided then and there that we had to leave the premises immediately.

Tuba’s the best! It’s my Birthday and I am alone and she made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I am from Chicago and new to this area…..even the hotel for the pice is the best one so far definitely worth the visit I would definitely come again because of the staff.

This is definitely NOT a 5* Hotel: this is a place to go to sleep and then enjoy the rest of your day visiting Orlando! The location is the best this hotel has. It's OK. Could be better?
