It had nice beds and ok WiFi but the customer service was bad. We had to get after them to clean our rooms, location while it is good you here the traffic all night from the local streets and route 4 which is a highway. The elevator needs some work to while it works slow so you haft hit the button a few times to get it. Also they give a free breakfast but you are better eating at McDonalds which is like gourmet compared to what they give you and its a real short time to eat it so its real easy to miss it. They are also terrible with the wake-up calls twice they messed up waking us up for us to do something.

This is the worst hotel i have ever. I went with my family because it was by the airport and we had to leave the next morning. As soon as we got there we could tell it was going to be a disaster. As soon as we checked in we got in the elevator and we immediately smelled weed. When got to our room and it felt very humid and wet. There was mold everywhere. All over the pillows, walls, pictures hung up on the wall, and on the dressers. The bath water would not turn all the way off, the sink would not drain, and we could not even shower because the bath tub was so disgusting. We decided to go to toco bell for dinner and started reading reviews. People were saying they saw cockroaches everywhere and that’s when we lost it. My stepmom started weeping like a little puppy. After we got back we saw the fire alarm was broken, and there was a spot in the ceiling that was mushy and wet. There was a lot of water damage all over in our room. Our phone in the room had about 5 buttons and the rest were missing. There were stains all over the bed sheets. The ice machine also looked like it had never been cleaned. We wore our shoes the whole time because the carpet was so dirty and look moldy. The little couch that was in our room had stains and mold on it. I would rather lick a porta potty before i go back here. Please do not spend your money on this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely the most terrible place I have ever been to. We stayed in room 515, the elevator was on the verge of breaking down and it was so dirty. The smell was overwhelming in our room, it was so bad I started to weep, we had been traveling most of the day and it was about 10pm when we checked in. Thank god we only needed to stay one night for about 6 hours. The bathroom was in bad shape minus the toilet. We couldn't use the shower due to it being a health hazard and the drain being broken. The drain on the sink was also broken. The bathroom door would not shut all the way for any privacy. The carpet was very damp and there was sever water damage throughout the room. The ice machine has never been cleaned. We found mold on the pillows, bedding, mold inside on the wall Art and mold on the floor. There was painted over rusted out fixtures. All of the furniture was severely damaged and hazardous. I'm unsure how the State of Floridas health department hasn't gotten involved in this Hotel of horrors. Do not stay here, even though this location is in a convenient area close to Theme parks. This hotel needs to be shut down and completely remodeled and properly cleaned. Black mold is very toxic and I don't know how legal action hasn't been taken against this property for exposing humans to toxic mold and mildew.

The most filthy place I've ever slept at, blood stains on floor, hair everywhere! The smell of mold is breathtaking!!! We will never return place need to be condemned we want our money back asap, we are seriously upset, at least you could have cleaned the lobby
