"Don't go until they correct the confusion of both entering and exiting."

The movie was good, but I'd rate it as an oversized IMAX. The big disappointment was the before and after. The website seemed to encourage people to come early to visit displays in sphere; but the only displays were the robots. We got there early but had to wait in mass until 4:15 when they finally let us in. Then, we found out the show didn't start until 5:15. After, there was unnecessary and extreme confusion to get a taxi or uber. No organization, and dangerous. The managers for entering and exiting should be ashamed of themselves. No excuse for this.

"Spectacular outside, disaster inside"

Before visiting the Sphere, friends who have visited discouraging me from going inside. I did not listen and learned a painful mistake. The Sphere is beautiful, awesome, and spectacular outside and from the skies, especially at night. I recommend just admire the Sphere from outside. Inside of the Sphere was over-rated. The "Postcard from the Earth" was disappointing. The seats are small and hard. While it's a big theater, but the true "sweet spots" for comfortable viewing is only a handful sections. There are currently five robots for you to interact with before the show, it's not five distinct robots, but five robots of the same type. You just need to visit one. The robot isn't as sophisticated as described so I was disappointed. The interior provides a futuristic ambiance. The door opens 45 minutes before the show, it's rushed. You could not do all the following prior to the show, you could only do 2 out of 4 activities, or maybe 3 out of 4 if you did its quality without spending any quality time in each: Interact with a robot, stop by a food stand to grab a quick bite, visit a restroom, and visit a gift shop. And that doesn't include time to find your seat. They have flat panels showing time remining to the show starting time, which is great. They also have staff throughout reminding. It's critical for you to be seated on time to avoid disrupting others, it's also a thoughtful, courteous, and considerate act and gesture that you can extend to others. Punctual seating is perhaps the best way you can give yourself and people around you to maximize this viewing experience in this theater. The admission price for the Sphere is expensive, and not worth it. But they do direct the traffic inflow and outflow very effectively. The venue also hosts concerts, but I haven't attended one so can't comment. For now, the Sphere is good enough just to admire and enjoy it outside, and truly outside is what makes it specular. Unless they make changes inside either making the admissions price lower, or seats more comfortable, or...otherwise, it would not recommend it. Because you can see robots elsewhere. This theater to me is an enlarged IMAX theater, but not as comfortable unless you sit in one of these "sweet spots," or else you can feel dizzy and you must look up and down left and right to see everything. To me, a AR/VR experience with a goggle, a IMAX theater/or anything standard theater are more comfortable, and cheaper than the Sphere. I had a high hope and was excited before visiting, but walked away disappointed. It's an innovative idea and has become one of major landmarks along the Strip, and indeed beautiful and awesome with its exterior digital display, by all means, do take a look from outside when you are in Vegas. Give it some time to make adjustments on the inside, perhaps they will come up with creative ideas to attract more customers. By the way, the Postcard from the Earth show, they blocked outside sections, so all audience can sit towards the center. However, third party ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster does not reflect this and still selling you seats on the side section. Limiting the capacity for this show is a wise idea, and it's an effort made by the management hoping to give the audience a good experience.

"Don’t just take photos of the outside, the inside is 100% better!"

Wow! It is great from the outside- the changing visuals is unique in itself, but the inside show is another level of spectacular. We saw “postcards from earth” and although it’s a little cheesy the message is an important one. Once you get in it looks like an imax screen, but don’t be fooled … it is MUCH more than this … it is more than 2 dimensional screen experience. A few things to know if you go … do not bring an SLSR camera … it’s deemed a professional camera and will need to be left in a locker (the smallest was $10). This also goes from bags like back packs. This is probably because the tiered seating is very steep and snug … there is not room at your feet to place it. Also, get there with time to spare … they suggest about 45 minutes … this is because it’s a little disorganised at the start and there’s a security checking bags and sanding bodies. Also while they advertise an interactive experience beforehand… that is pretty average.

"Not worth it!!"

Tickets were for 4:30 show, arrived before 4, but doors didn’t open till 4:30 & show was at 5:15. We were herded like cattle & left standing in a massive group for nearly 45 minutes. Checked through security, face scanned, bags checked & scanned again, more than any airport I have been through. Show was only 45 minutes in length, with stairs & seats very steep. I would not recommend this venue for kids or anyone not extremely stable on their feet.
