"Great Tech, but Postcard show was not so exciting. Research if you have trouble walking."

The technology was very cool. I don't regret going just for that reason. The actual show about, "Postcard from Earth" was just okay. Very cool, very technologically great, but story line was just...not special. Could be so much better with a cool show. Would love to see a good concert there. There really wasn't much time at all to see the tech displays in the "lobby" area or whatever it's called. Lots of people trying to get in at once. If you have trouble with walking or vertigo make sure to get a handicap seat. We had our father in law and he doesn't walk so well. Our seat was very bottom of where we came in. I spent 25 minutes waiting over where the wheelchairs were to try and get a different seat only for them to tell me there wasn't anything available. Went back to them got him down the stairs slowly and cautiously (it was very hard). Finally relax and look around for the 5 minutes before the show started and notice the entire 3rd of the inside seating was empty! Literally, we were on the end of the row in the middle section and on the other side of the handrail there wasn't a single person sitting from bottom to top, left to right. I was so .... Also, elevator wasn't working and when we first came in the entrance he showed his medical card to the people at the (special assistance) metal detector that showed he had a transplant and shouldn't go through. That really confused all of them. We had to stand there (with someone who can barely stand) for a good 10 minutes before they figured out what to do.

"Expensive movie. Not worth it at all."

A super expensive 48 minutes movie. Worth about 29% of what we paid. I paid around 500 dollars for four tickets and 18 dollars parking to watch a movie about earth. Excellent movie, very nice, better than an IMAX but not worth it. Beautiful venue but not worth it. Avoid.

"The Sphere – Cool on the Outside, Underwhelming on the Inside"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

The Sphere is one of Las Vegas' newest attractions, and from the outside, it is absolutely mind-blowing! I loved the digital ads and the planet displays—seeing what looked like Neptune and Jupiter on that massive screen was a thrilling experience. Viewing the Sphere from The Strat or the High Roller made it even more spectacular! Now, my boyfriend and I decided to check out the cinematic experience inside, expecting it to be just as amazing as the exterior. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. First off, parking wasn’t included, and despite paying for it, we still had to walk all the way around the Sphere just to enter. Once there, the experience turned chaotic. We were herded into long lines and made to wait before security. An employee even came out and yelled at us like we were children, warning us to walk, not run when the barrier was removed. After waiting over 40 minutes, we finally got through security—only to wait another 15 minutes inside. Inside, the lobby was nothing special, just a glorified movie theater with long escalators leading up to the dome. They did have three AI robots, which were kind of cool, but most people were more focused on testing if they spoke different languages rather than actually engaging with them. The theater itself had a planetarium-style setup, and the movie about Earth was visually immersive and well-done. The moving seats and weather simulator added a unique touch, making that part of the experience enjoyable. But overall, it wasn’t enough to make up for the hassle of getting in. Had we gone to the U2 concert, where we later learned the band appeared as holograms, it might have been a totally different experience. But based on what we did, the Sphere was underwhelming—just 2 out of 10 stars for me. If you're in Vegas, it’s definitely worth seeing from the outside, but I’d think twice before paying for the inside experience unless it's for a major event!

"Disappointed in the Sphere"

With the fees, taxes and extra $30 for trip insurance, we spent $300 for 2, for a Tuesday 5PM, 45 minute film and a few exhibits and holograms. I'm glad I got to check this off my bucket list, but the value is just not there. The film in 18K was lovely and the chairs, although narrow were comfortable enough. The chairs also vibrate to emulate the rocket taking off on screen, and boom when an elephant walks. The sound is clear as a bell, without being deafening. Unless this is a bucket list, I'd go to a regular Vegas entertainer for the money. There are 5 android figures you can talk to in the lobby, and floor to ceiling holograms to look at as you take the 4 escalators up to your seats. Not impressive exhibits.

The Eagles concert at the Sphere, crazy!!!! Hard to describe, something that has to been seen to believe. One piece of advice make sure your seats are not under the overhang or you will not get the full experience. We were row 19, level 100, unbelievable seats. Saw all happenings on the Sphere screen, which is massive. The band was in great view for us. You will be constantly watching the band and the projections on the sphere, it is mind blowing. What they can do technological is insane. Just go and see for yourself. And the Eagles concert was AMAZING, Don Henley still has it. And Joe Walsh is hysterical, and Deacon Frey and Vince Gill are such an added bonus. Brought me back to the day!
