Make yourself at home in one of the Venetian's air-conditioned rooms featuring minibars and flat-screen televisions. Your room comes with a pillowtop bed. Premium TV channels provide entertainment and wired and wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Private bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers feature designer toiletries and hair dryers.

Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy body treatments and facials. Before a night out at the casino, the outdoor swimming pools are a perfect way to relax and recharge. Additional amenities at this resort include wireless internet access (surcharge), concierge services, and gift shops/newsstands.

Grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants and coffee shops/cafés, or stay in and take advantage of 24-hour room service. Thirsty? Quench your thirst at one of the hotel bars/lounges or poolside bars. Full breakfasts are available for a fee.

Parking: The self-parking fee for registered hotel guests is $20/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, rates for Monday to Thursday are $20/day, and $23/day for Friday to Sunday. Valet parking is $40/day.

Nevada residents can scan their valid Nevada Driver's License at a self-parking kiosk and receive up to three hours of complimentary self-parking. However, this offer is not applicable during Event Parking Rates. Venetian Rewards Sapphire members and above also receive complimentary self-parking. Venetian Rewards Ruby members and above continue to receive complimentary valet parking.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined, trained service animals are welcome.

Resort fee: A resort fee of $50 per accommodation, per night is collected upon check-in. The daily resort fee includes access for two to the fitness facility at the Canyon Ranch® Spa + Fitness, in-suite Internet access (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), boarding pass printing at the Concierge desk, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and access to thousands of top magazines and newspapers through free PressReader app.

Deposit fee: A credit card incidental deposit of $150 per reservation is required upon check-in, granting access to amenities but no charging privileges. Guests can opt for charging privileges, with a $150 daily deposit. Signature Suites require higher deposits. All options are explained upon arrival.

Our stay was going well till early Saturday morning (5 am), when construction began on the floor and room right above us. From then on throughout the day and the following morning and day all we could hear were jackhammers, saws, and other construction tools going off to the point we couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or relax in our room. We were not informed of this construction before check in and had to many things to pack up to take another room once we were two days into our stay already. This is a very very poor experience probably the worst we have had so far and we typically come to Vegas and stay often, this was our first stay at the Venetian and honestly will probably be our last due to this issue and the poor customer support around it.

The staff at the Palazzo are wonderful. They have gone out of there way to ensure a lovely visit. The king suites are perfect for lounging before going out and getting a great night sleep. Views of the strip were gorgeous ! Staff went out of their way to help me have a wonderful birthday.

My experience at the Hotel was not good. Prices advertised are misleading. Be aware that the room rate advertised does not include a mandatory $70 + sales tax per day. I don't know what you get in return for that expense. Valet parking is charged at $45 per day, on top of the resort fee. The room was outdated, old furniture, and no amenities: No coffee station in the room, we called to get a kettle so we can make our own coffee in the morning, they said no kettle, if we wanted hot water it would be a charge of $35, every time we call and they have to deliver it. The service at Front Desk was horrible, they don't care about anything but your credit card. no acknowledgment for the Platinum Membership or the Ambassador status with IHG, I booked a room overlooking the strip, on check-in they denied it and basically closed any discussion by saying the only option is the one you were allocated. And on check-out, similar service, we were standing in the queue while 2 front desk persons were standing. One ventured to go in front of them, they made him go back to the queue, and there was no apparent reason for them not to attend to the guests. When I go next to Vegas I would stay at the Ceasars or the Bellagio, they seem to be in a better part of the strip and the amenities and service seemed to be on another league.
