The Venetian Resort's atmosphere is often described as elegant and luxurious, though some visitors suggest the rooms need updating and complain about the loud music from the pool. While the location is central and convenient, the noise from clubs and construction is a common grievance, even on higher floors. Guests have mixed feelings about the value, pointing out steep prices for accommodations and dining, as well as unexpected fees for standard amenities. Service experiences vary, with commendations for professionalism contrasting reports of slow and unhelpful staff. The resort's cleanliness and opulent amenities generally impress, despite some dated elements and cleanliness inconsistencies.

"The Venetian Again, and again and again etc etc"

I was at The Venetian again this past week. I just don't know how many times I can say how wonderful this place is. Plus they are now refurbishing all their rooms. We decided not to get one as at the present time they are only in the tower I dont prefer to stay in. As usual the customer service there was excellent, the room was spotless, and we discovered a new favorite restaurant Buddy V's that I didn't even know was there as I had forgotten about that section of the hotel. We saw a poster with some of the food and decided to give it a try. Outstanding. I could go on and on about The Venetian but I have given it so many positive reviews I dont really need to. Great slot club as well as I get offers all the time and although I cant go every time they send one I manage to make it four to five times a year and usually stay at this hotel. I really dont look at much else anymore. One last word about their food choices, I was unaware they also have a food court upstairs for a smaller budget alternative. Get a slot card from them even if you just are gambling there and soon you too will be getting great offers. I think I have gushed enough. Try it out you wont be sorry.

"Great stay at Venetian Palazzo- minus coffee."
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5

Stayed for 3 nights on Palazzo side of Venetian. Rooms are beautiful and spacious with lots of storage and room to spread out. Of course Vegas is not the place to spend a lot of time in your room but it's important to be comfortable. My biggest complaint, is it really that hard to put a coffee maker in the room??? For such a palatial beautiful property and price of the room and steep resort fees. The Starbucks lines are ridiculous. I feel it is a must to have a Nespresso in a lovely room like this and heard others complaining about it as well. Yes, I was headed to a convention every day where coffee was available, but I like to get ready with a cup of coffee as do many people. The Venetian offers great shopping and plenty of great restaurants without ever having to leave the property. 4 stars for the property, it's quite lovely and staff was very welcoming, but at that price I need few more amenities.

"Great rooms, Decent hotel."

The hotel was nice and the rooms were super spacious and comfortable. It was a shame to see that the amenities were not setup for more than 2 persons, even though there were 2 people staying in the rooms. I booked this hotel for a family of 9 in 4 seperate rooms and they were all the same, but family were happy with the size and views. Jonathan at the front desk when chevking was absolutely fantastic, from the moment I apprached the desk, he was so helpful, so friendly and he is an absolute credit to your hotel. He made sure the rooms were all on the same floor and really went out of his way. Unfortunately, we can not say the same for Ryan who was our server at Bar Luca. He was very rude, he dismissed my 6year niece like an absolute animal and that experience was the worst, expecially when e were paying guests at the hotel as well as at the bar. I was so disspaointed with his behaviour, it was totally unacceptable. We did check with security if my niece was allowed in the hotel casino, and they said as long as she was not in the bar and waiting with adults out the way, there was no problem. Ryan was a horrid man and he should be informed about that as well, as well as the staff on duty on the evening of Thursday 7th November.

"Very Disappointing Stay and Service at the Venetian Hotel"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed November 14, 2024 NEW
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Venetian Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of issues that significantly impacted my enjoyment of the trip. Firstly, I was disheartened to find that room service was not available. This was a considerable inconvenience, especially given the late hours often associated with casino stays. Secondly, the drink vouchers provided to us were not honored. This was a frustrating experience that detracted from our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the service we received on the casino floor was subpar. The attendants were inattentive, and we had to actively seek out a waitress for drink orders, even after spending a substantial amount of money. To further compound the issue, construction noise began at an unreasonable hour of 6 AM, severely disrupting our sleep. Despite requesting a later checkout, similar to another member of our group, our request was denied. The combination of these factors led to a feeling of disrespect and dissatisfaction. The unreliability of the staff and the long hold times further exacerbated the situation. Given these significant shortcomings, I believe it is necessary to reconsider hosting future team events at the Venetian Hotel. We will be exploring alternative venues that can provide a more positive and accommodating experience for our group. I hope that you will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the quality of service at your hotel.
