"Holiday Weekend Getaway"

Holiday weekend with the Sphere…hotel is HUGE, so many wonderful restaurants and our room was large with a nice sitting area. All the linens were soft and clean and great bed. We enjoyed our stay, my only complaint is the room seems very dark. Oversized furniture and dark wood. Lots of walking from the South Tower to anywhere in the hotel, going up and down different elevator shafts. parking garage is a little confusing and $$ considering we were staying at hotel and that was expensive enough. as nice as it was, probably wouldn’t stay again as it’s too big and casino area is packed

"Guest For Life!"

This place has a guest for life! Not only is the service in all areas exceptional, they have the best rooms and a terrific rewards program. The whole resort is both comfortable and lively without being too crazy. In our case, we had left something in our room, and by the time we arrived home (about 4 hours later), there was an email stating they had found it and the arrangements to get it sent back to us. Stay here! You'll be glad you did I bet!

"Almost ruined a memerable experience"

The EAGLES in the Sphere, a bucket list experience. The room and view in the Palazzo tower was beautiful but the SMELL was horrible!!! It RUINED the who stay. I don't have problem if you want to smoke pot but take it outside. When you paid what we paid for 3 nights you shouldn't have to endure smelling skunk weed all weekend. My wife has terrible allergies and respiratory issues which made her entire stay miserable (except for seeing the Eagles and eating at CUT). I notified the front desk 3 TIMES. I asked a manager to call me but they didn't. They did come upstairs to after the first call but didn't do anything except put a air cleaner far down the hall. I talked with security, he could tell it was coming from room 19830 or 19828 but nothing was done. The next morning the smell was even worse. I hope that whoever stayed in those rooms has to pay the cleaning fee and I hope whoever stays there next complains if they are put into one of those rooms. I do not recommend. Wynn across the street would have handled the situation much better. Truly disappointed!

The Venetian/Palazzo are our favorite hotels on the Strip. Beautifully decorated, up to date amenities, great location and so many food options. This visit we upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. Well worth it for all the extra space with a fun view of the Sphere.

"Venetian = CLASS"

Classiest place on the strip! I mean, really… this place has CLASS. Robes provided in your suite. Everything awesome. Even the free drinks while gambling are brought in an actual glass rather than some plastic cup. When I come to Vegas, I want “class” and the Venetian surpasses all others. I’ll stay here every time.
