My coat was stolen while stored in my bag at the bell desk overnight. It took days to hear back from someone after being treated like a liar. Because the theft wasn’t on camera they wouldn’t reimburse me, even though I took the coat off on the camera and stuffed it in my bag. The only thing they recommended was filing a police report. Awful experience.

Not the most friendly on the strip. First time venturing away from the Caesars and MGM resorts, but wifey wanted a sphere view so we came here. I don’t know if the 24th floor housekeeping team was not that good since it was busy and the team was just cutting corners but from what I have experienced, Wynn/Encore is not a AAA 5 diamond resort. Cigarette smoke overwhelms you as you enter from Self parking, valet, and even Wynn near the poker room. They do not clean the sheets between guests. If they appear to be white…you guessed it…they will put them BACK on the bed fitting them tightly under the cover. The bathtub and shower was filthy upon arrival so I did go to Target and get some Clorox w/bleach spray to clean. A customer should not have to pay $300/night - $400/night to do this! They ran out of bottled water at the front desk on of stay. Again something that a “4 or 5 star property” should not be of an inconvenience of to their customers. Nicholas (young guy with earrings in ears at front desk) was nice but Ashley or Emily (I think it was her name, were NOT friendly. Kim (I think this was her name,) was friendly as well via phone. I am overwhelmingly disappointed. Lastly, they do upgrades to the tower suites which IMO the main difference is a higher floor, comp bottled water, and a private entrance at $200 extra per night. If you have it to blow, do it but that can easily go on a filet, caviar, or a round of golf. I thought this was the most premium resort on the strip but it definitely is not. Actually for what I have paid, I feel robbed. Upon checkout, I asked to speak with manager to show these pictures to and the (Ashley or Emily…cannot confirm the name) girl said she will pass the message without getting the manager and she was dismissive. So here I am posting the review and pictures for the world (and manager) to see. Lastly, the shower and tub did have mold and hair from previous guests.

semen on the wall next to my bed - the hotel says it's DRIED GLUE. Right by the headboard. SO GROSS. They can't even admit to what it was (Christine the manager refuses to say what it was). no reason for there to be glue there . Posted on a Facebook page and everyone confirmed what they thought it was. I was so grossed out the whole trip. The room also had a greasy feel all over the surfaces.

Stayed at encore many years ago and had good experience. On our recent trip to Las Vegas, after researching some other hotel choices, decided to stay at encore again. Very happy with our choice. The hotel is meticulously maintained with great service and a good blend of glamour and class. The room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. We have a good view of the strip and the sphere. East access to the garage and front desk. All staff were helpful and friendly. Spa service is top notch. Really enjoyed Jardin restaurant for breakfast. Great experience. Highly recommend

Not friendly to solo travelers! I tried to book restaurant reservations before arriving at the hotel and there was no availability. When I check into my room, I tried to make restaurant reservations on the tablet that is provided by the hotel - again, no availability. I walked around the first night for an hour and half before I could get into a restaurant. I went restaurant to restaurant asking for a table or even bar seating. I had to walk over to the Wynn to find a restaurant. The next morning I checked with concierge at Encore and was told that the reservation system will not accommodate 1 person. He suggested I walk around to restaurants and they will work me in. When I explained I had that experience the night before and it took me an hour and half before I could get in. He just repeated, that the restaurants would get me and I should go earlier - 5pm. He also said, he couldn't make a reservation for me. I paid $650 a night for a hotel that is unwilling to accomodate a solo traveler. Never again!!!
