We enjoyed our time here while participating at SEMA. It's less of a maze than other large hotels on the strip and walkable distance to the Convention Center. What is really missing are more options for seating outside the restaurants / bars. Large crowds at the coffee place in the morning but very limited places to enjoy the coffee. Tried the Lobby Bar and had to wait close to an hour for drinks (was better on the second evening). Gambling areas were mostly deserted throughout the week on evenings (I guess minimum bets are too high for ordinary folks). Outside pool area was nice, and the pool was warm enough to swim in November. Rooms were large and in great condition.

First someone tried to enter my room but I had the lock across thank goodness. Second I called for ice and it never came. I was told there was no ice machine on my floor (which there was, but on the other end of the hallway - I was in the tower side). I found it on my own after waiting an hour for ice -time never to get back. Third, was invited to go to lounge in lobby for high rollers...was told by bartender I had to leave even though I was a guest with the fella I was with. Even my fella could not believe how rude the bartender was. Fourth, concert memorabilia turned up missing from my suitcase. I will never stay in tower suites again. It was just so embarrassing and humiliating and I was pretty sad about my things being taken. Oh and the free coffee that comes with the suite is a trek to a coffee house that you stand in line and charge to your room and they take it off later. Not like Crockfords that has coffee in the room and in the lobby. Why even have a Tower Suites Lobby?

What place to spend a few days, daughter got married at last, had fantastic food drink and company. Service fantastic as was location top notch. Best breakfast at Wynn with amazing choice. Car rental on site Mustang Shelby highlight of time I desert. Stay here but be prepared to be disappointed with wherever you stay next !

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We travelled as a group, choosing to stay at the Encore. I personally paid for 8 rooms, yet sadly the Reception Manageress denied us entry to a room that had been purchased. Like many coming to Las Vegas, two gents were sharing a room. Sadly one member had travel issues meaning he did not make the flight. So upon check in, the second member in the room was DENIED ENTRY to the room, even though we proved the booking contained BOTH names- the first name on the booking could not make it. To add insult, they then tried to sell us an additional room . Is this truly your policy, to deny guests rooms that have been paid . The reception manageress tried to blame Virgin Atlantic as a third party who failed to give the full booking details- even though we showed her the email. Seriously, is this the way you wish to encourage loyalty with customers. ?

We have stayed at the Encore a few times. The last time was 2018 and then again this year. There was a lot of changes and not for the better. The first thing was that we had paid in advance yet “due to human error” they took over £5,000 out of my husbands account. When questions they admitted human error and said it could take 30 days to get back to the account. The manager did deal with it quickly and took off the resort tax (although I wasn’t going to pay it, my reasons I will tell). The day we arrived, pool was closed, for corporate event. Where in the lobby bar you could get pastries and coffee etc, that’s changed and they have a pathetic coffee bar in the entrance that only has about 20 seats for over 2000 rooms???. Two other tables are just outside the pool and that is it. One evening we couldn’t have drinks in lobby bar because it was a “corporate event”. Our favourite bar Eastside bar was unavailable two nights for guess what? A corporate event. Another night when we went to the bar late we were initially turned away as there were 4 of us and the table available at that time was for 6. It was past midnight and the chances of 6 turning up were slim, we had to fight for it. Tried to book Jardin for breakfast for 6, told me the only time available was 7.45, which was too early. Walked in there the next day at 8.30 and asked for table and got given one straight away. Nothing makes sense in this hotel any more. We stopped going to stay at the Bellegio as it became too corporate and now the Encore is doing the same. After spending over £3000 on a room for a week I expected much more. They have become greedy, and have forgotten about the genuine customers. Another negative is that there is literally no-where to sit. Sit and wait for someone, read a newspaper or have a chat. Absolutely nowhere. Management agreed but who knows if anyone would listen. People were sitting at gambling tables but not gambling just for somewhere to sit! I doubt we will return, corporate has unfortunately taken over another hotel
