Everything was excellent from the check in to the room to the concierge. Staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was spotless and gorgeous with a view of the city. The bathroom was huge and had everything one would need. If we return to Las Vegas, we will definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt the absolute Worst experience of all our visits to Vegas over the past 25 years. Ultra expensive for NO added value....i.e. rooms are on par with other resorts and have less in room amenities. For example, no in-room coffee maker so early morning java requires a trip or room service which results in a $40 charge!! Rooms were noisy and frankly dated. Some members of the staff were outright rude and arrogant. They could benefit greatly from sending their staff to the Bellagio, Venetian or Palazzo for training. Needless to say, we will not visit a Wynn property again.

I had a short stay (2 nights) at the Encore Suites. It was a very positive experience. The room was on a high floor (53) with excellent views. The hotel staff was excellent, including at check in and the concierge. I also used the heated pool which was great, particularly in December. The hotel gym was also excellent.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out we couldn't have asked for a better service. The room was absolutely beautiful and the views were off the scale. The decor and furniture were of a very high standard and the floor to celling windows allowed a full uninterrupted view of the strip. The pool was beautiful and the pool loungers and towels were of a high standard. We had breakfast included included and the credit amount could be used towards the buffet brunch which was unreal. The quality of the food was 10/10. We upgraded to include alcohol and they weren't shy at refilling our drinks like many places are. On one occasion we were meant to be picked up by a pre booked limo that didn't show up and the valet men arranged an amazing hummer limo to come and collect us in under 10 minutes.

My husband and I had an amazing 4 day stay at the Encore. We had a king suite on the 58th floor and it was amazing. I am reading a lot of reviews about uncleanliness, etc. in the rooms, but that was not our experience at all. In fact one day we came back in the early evening and there was someone from housekeeping in our room who told us that she was just reviewing the housekeepers work from earlier in the day and she had a checklist she was using. Everyone from the spa, front desk, security, casino tables, and servers were so friendly and helpful. We never once encountered a negative experience. In fact I left my apple watch at the spa one afternoon and had an easy experience with security and lost and found the get it back. The spa at the Encore is really nice. My husband and I bought day passes on the days we didn't have spa appointments just so we could use the amenities and relax (we were away from our kids and savoring every minute). At the Encore/Wynn we enjoyed meals at Jardin (twice for breakfast), the buffet for brunch, and La Cave for dinner. Coffee from Urth and Espresso. After dinner drinks two nights at Delilah in the bar. Day drinks at Bar Parasol. I will leave reviews on those individual pages, but they were all very enjoyable. We appreciated that the Encore felt less busy and crowded than the Wynn side, or than any of the other major casino/hotels we visited. Can't imagine that we will ever stay anywhere else in Vegas.
