Age is restricted to being a child of at least 7 but adults of any age can climb if they are not restricted by their doctors to do so. The Purple, Yellow, Green, and Blue trails have requirements of parent/adult supervision or participation depending on the age bracket and the course being used. The Adventure Playground is open to children 3 to 6 years old.
Most people who lead an active lifestyle and are in good health should not have difficulty completing many of the trails. You can proceed at a pace that is comfortable for you. Most courses have Early Exits that exit the system without having to reach to end. Of course, you are also welcome to take a break between courses. As you tackle more difficult trails, especially in Blues and Blacks, more stamina, agility, and upper body strength will be needed to complete them.
