After a fabulous night in Nashville at the grand old Opry, we came back to the hotel for a nightcap. Justin, the bar manager, was perfectly entertaining and informative about the area. This was the cherry on top of an ideal Dream vacation day!

Wonderful stay. Clean rooms, included with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Lots of towels and beds were comfortable. The bartender Jordan whom I called Daryl, was so friendly and fun. Even brought his guitar to entertain us Friday night, his day off, while Justin bartended. Front desk also friendly and helpful. Free shuttle drivers were amazing and friendly. Pool was clean and lots of towel. Would stay again if in the Nashville area. Breakfast could have some variety as everything was the same every day.

Madeline is the sweetest. Very friendly. As I was sitting in lobby, I observed her and her hard work for the hotel. She acknowledged every single guest that walked in. The front desk staff are also very helpful and nice. Hotel is very clean. Our stay here was better than we expected.

We had a great time at the bar and lounge area. Bartender Justin was awesome and made us feel at home, laughing, joking and serving great drinks. We listened to live music right in the hotel. Staff was always cleaning while we were down there. Thank you Madeline. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff came in each morning and tidied up the room and provided fresh towels. Hotel provides shuttle service downtown every hour so no need to try and arrange an Uber or taxi. Hotel also provides a locked luggage service if your plane doesn’t leave until after checkout. I would highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn!!!

"Manager (Tasha) fails to correct amount charged to card and fails to return phone calls"

Breakfast was included with my reservation and loyalty status. My card was charged anyway. Over the last month, I have called 4 times to resolve the issue. I have been told I will be credited but I have not been. I have been told that the manager, Tasha, will call me back but she has not. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card. The hot water comes out a milky color. It is not clear like water should be. There always seems to be an issue with the elevator. Using the stairs is not an option because the stairwell door is outside and is locked. It cannot be opened with a key card. All this could be forgiven if Tasha respected customers enough to follow through with promises and returned phone calls.
