Room was clean, new, very comfortable and quiet. Free parking and free shuttle makes this hotel excellent! Highly recommended. No complaints other than you need to write 200 characters for this review. Check in was easy with friendly people

Had a very nice stay. Really enjoyed the staff and their recommendations. I guess our highlight was the guest bar. Justin and Jordan were great. I particularly enjoyed jamming a few tunes on the guitar with Jordan. Great stay, we will be back in Nov. And by the way, what air fresheners do you use in your hallways? We want those for our home.

Madeline took very good care of an elderly woman who was here for a funeral. She was very customer oriented and compassionate. Above and beyond what would be expected! Im so impressed. Also the front desk, tasha was an amazing rep of your brand.

Justin was absolutely fantastic, so personable. We chatted like old friends. He was interested in making sure we had a great time and obviously loves the city of Nashville. I would recommend spending time with him to get a feel for the people of Nashville along with it's great history.

There is nothing particularly wrong with this mid-budget business/tourist hotel except for its location. It's located on the 'wrong side of the river', in a business park. However they do run a free shuttle to Broadway. DETAILS: ACCOMMODATION - Large room, with 2 x Queen beds (very comfy & with a choice of firm or soft pillows), functional storage space, aircon, safe, fridge & microwave. EN SUITE - Low level entry bath, shower with great water pressure. Dove handwash & shampoo provided. BREAKFAST - Not a vast selection but what was there was good and tasty. NIGGLES: Safe was very low to the floor. Very long wait for hot water
