"Valet was exceptional"

Collin did an amazing job as a valet. He was kind and courteous on both encounters. He made sure to let me know to contact him if I needed anything. He made great suggestions for the trip as well. He went above and beyond as a valet. He took time to make it a pleasant experience.

"Guest safety in serious question."

Where do I start? How does a 9-floor Hilton hotel have only one working elevator? Now i’m learning that most of the elevators have been offline for over a week! I wonder what the city’s fire marshal has to say about this lack of concern for guests safety? Our room was on the 9th floor and we requested to move to the first floor out of our safety concerns. Ironically, all of the ice machines were broken on the 1st to the 4th floor, so I still had to wait forever to use the one working elevator to just get a lousy bucket of ice! I would love to talk about the good things about this property, but I just can’t get past the negligence of guest safety. Management needs to get fired for this!

"Poorly maintained and safety concerns."

Two out of three elevators out of service = nearly impossible to get off of upper floors as the elevator is FULL by the time it reaches you. Half an hour waisted, rescued by housekeeping who took us to their service elevators. Per other guests, these elevators have been down for over a week and the third elevator had been down last week as well. Ice machine broken also. Valet service = 40 minute wait for car. Bed was comfortable, staff was all kind and restaurant was good, but clearly the property is not properly maintained and that falls on management. Very disappointed in Hilton. The airport Hilton was far better maintained and half the price & the airport hotel included breakfast.

"Great stay at the Nashville Doubletree by Hilton"

We enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree by Hilton in Nashville. Great proximity to Broadway, the Ryman, the Nashville Predators, as well as easy freeway access. The staff was especially accommodating and friendly. Definitely take advantage of the valet parking service. A big shout out to a young man named ELI, who served on the valet team, he was so friendly, courteous and helpful.

"Bearable but disappointing for the price."

Work meeting with approx 150 people attending. Only 1 out of 4 elevators were operational. When trying to take the stairs, doors likened and unable to get onto lower floor. Concerning for fire safety. Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. Food served by hotel at initial greet and meet was terrible. Doughy undercooked egg rolls, dried out chewy bread for bruschetta. Room was clean and quiet.
