"VIP treatment"

We received the VIP treatment! The valet staff were super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place! Nice clean rooms property is gorgeous! Opera with I walking distance (2min away). Place is in the heart of Nashville, walking distance to good food and entertainment. Will definitely be back!

This hotel and staff are top notch! Beautiful architecture and detail. Greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff from both Raquel’s, Autumn and Arusha. So genuine and customer service was above and beyond! Made me feel extra special on my birthday. Been coming here since 2014 and first time staying at this hotel. Location is prime! Will never stay anywhere else and highly, highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience checking in to the Hilton Downtown Nashville . The staff was very accommodating as we arrived a day early due to weather in the northeast. Arusha, Autumn, and both Raquel's were very attentive to our needs and being visually Impaired, they gave me a great lay of the land. If you are looking for great customer service and a nice and clean hotel, keep the Hilton in Downtown Nashville in mind!!

Excellent hospitality provided by both Raquels working the desk as well as Autumn and Arusha. Exceptional staff and not one of the best places to stay but THE best place to stay in Nashville. Friendly, accommodating amazing staff, willing to help with a smile. Beautiful and clean facilities, restaurants as well as clean and amazing looking rooms. The manager went above and beyond to serve and accommodate our party and was extremely helpful and polite. All and all would without a doubt highly recommend the Downtown Nashville Hilton !!

"Great concierge experience on a Saturday night last minute request"

We were in town for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium and stayed at the hotel. Prior to our show we’d were trying to make a last minutes dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant on a Saturday night and couldn’t find a suitable slot. Flo , the Concierge on duty that night, worked with us over the Hilton chat so to help get us squared away. We appreciated her being so efficient and helpful.
