"Very disappointed"

We wanted to partake of the Moving Theater but were informed at the door that the 4D was not available due to the fact they were waiting for a cord and glasses. Very disappointed as we came specifically to see this. What is wrong with a company that does not let people know at the door with a sign warning people of not being able to see it.
