"Perfect Location"

This property is in an ideal location in East Aurora. Within easy walking distance to most places in this quaint village. Near the outdoor market as well. Clean and super customer service along with Breakfast included. Definitely recommend!

"Top Hampton Inn in NY"

Maybe the best Hampton Inn that we have stayed at, the one downtown Rochester is good too. The East Aurora one is very close to the main street, super clean, has a little library area for kids. Front lobby inviting with fireplace and seats. Had a suite (upgraded) which was a nice surprise. Big bedroom and adjoining suite with sofa (bed), kitchen area and desk. Shower area very clean and spacious too. Bed and pillows comfortable. Loved this spot. We walked 200 m to the restaurant (Ricky's Tavern) -- would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, beds very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is very nice hotel, location is perfect for walking around the beautiful town of East Aurora and surrounding community. This was our second visit to this hotel. The only negative: NO HOT WATER for two days. Taking shower with cold water was challenging. This seemed to be a issue with others staying over the weekend When inquiring at the front desk the staff informed me that they were aware of the situation however the hotel policy was to not have maintenance on the weekends. This hotel was full on Saturday night. They did offer a 20% discount for two nights. The hotel needs to address their policy NO HOT WATER is a huge deterrent

"Peep Show"

This is a great location but beware if you're staying with someone you don't want seeing you in the shower. They put these new barn doors on the bathroom door that, when closed, have a large gap on one side and you can see straight through into the bathroom. There's no privacy and through the bathroom mirror can see the person in the shower. It's a horrible design. In addition, the bathroom door does not lock. What were they thinking? Just a heads up. Now you know!

Just a quick stop overnight but no negatives to even consider, and I do find them! Great location, quiet, easy checkin, kind staff & guests, EV charger, fresh breakfast and a lovely small town. Small comment to note is the window “screen” can be seen through from the outside if lights are on. 😉
