Having been to other immersive experiences, this is simply false advertising. It was poorly done and even the kids were bored for the most part. The only kids I saw enjoying themselves were playing a game of tag. Personally do not think it is worth the money. Even for kids.

How long is the Disney Animation Immersive Experience?

The presentation itself covers about 45 Disney movies in approximately 50 minutes. However, it is on a loop for you to rewatch in case you missed the start of the presentation the first time.

Where is the Disney immersive experience in Las Vegas?

The immersive exhibit is at the Lighthouse ArtSpace Las Vegas, located on Level 3 of The Shops at Crystals Mall (adjacent to Aria Resort & Casino) at The Strip in Las Vegas, NV.

Is there parking on site?

There is complimentary valet parking available at Crystals within varying time ranges.

Is the exhibit recommended for children?

Yes! The immersive exhibit is enjoyable for all ages. Plus, children 1 year old and below are admitted for free. Please note that adults should accompany children at all times throughout the exhibit.

What can I bring inside?

You can bring cameras, strollers, walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids. Management reserves the right to amend restrictions without prior notice.

What can’t I bring inside?

Please note that backpacks, luggage, duffle bags, paints, aerosols, indelible markers, weapons, outside drinks, all kinds of food, bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, non-mobility aid scooters, camping chairs, tripods or any item deemed inappropriate by the exhibit security or management.

Is the exhibit venue ADA accessible?

Yes, The Shops at Crystals ADA accessible and is equipped with an elevator from the valet parking to the floor where Lighthouse ArtSpace Las Vegas is located. Accessible vehicle drop-off is located across from the Aria hotel, and customers can be dropped off at the Level 2 entrance at the Aria drop-off.

Is the exhibit recommended for guests with sensory issues?

The immersive experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. There may also be loud music and effects. Viewer discretion is advised. Part of the immersive experience is the music which can be loud at times. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are also available upon request.

Do persons accompanying persons with disabilities need a ticket?

Guests accompanying persons with disabilities do not require a ticket to enter the exhibit.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes, ADA-defined service animals are allowed inside the exhibit. However, please note the volume and visuals of the exhibit may be uncomfortable for animals.

Lighthouse ArtSpace Las Vegas does not have restrooms inside, but there are restrooms just a short walk down the hallway outside the gallery entrance.
