I want to give a shout out to Elaine, the kind driver of this shuttle in Honolulu, Hawaii (picture attached). I am flying alone without my husband and this is a new experience for me. Let alone being in Hawaii for the first time! Wonderful island and people, no doubt about it. I am happy to say the last person who showed me genuine kindness and excellent customer service was Elaine. A short drive began with a welcoming conversation and ended with a warm hug. This beautiful human being deserves all the praise because I’m sure I’m not the first person she has treated with such respect and heart. THANK YOU. Your kindness and hug warmed my heart, Elaine. Thank you for what you do. You are truly the face of Hawai’i. I will never forget you... Ah hui hou!

What should I wear for the tour?

This tour includes moderate walking. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.

Is transportation included?

Yes, round-trip transportation is included in the tour price. You'll be picked up and dropped off at the airport, hotel, or designated meeting location by a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus.

Is the tour recommended for children?

Yes, definitely! Children below four (4) years old can tour for free. However, please note that they must be seated on laps. If you want them to have their own seats on the minibus, please purchase a ticket for them.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

The tour will try to accommodate guests in wheelchairs with at least two days advance notice. If you or anyone in your party requires this assistance when booking your reservation, please comment in the "Have Special Needs?" when booking your ticket(s). Please also note that Moloa'a Bay is not ADA accessible, and the tour only allows collapsible wheelchairs.
