Thank goodness for Deja. Here's why: We wanted to enjoy a game of miniature golf, and we heard that Boomers was the place to go. After we paid, we found that our mini-golf game gave us two choices: to follow 8 golfers on the green course or to follow 12 golfers on the blue course. The Boomers posted number was 4-6 golfers per hole. We were upset waiting in the heat to play, and no one from Boomers responded to our dilemma either while we were golfing or when we finished ... except for Deja. She understood our upset, apologized for our experience, refunded our money, and gave us credit for games in the future. We were overwhelmed by her caring and generous response . So much so that we stayed at the Arcade and spent way more than we would have as a result. We enjoyed ourselves that day, and that was the purpose of our vacationing from North Carolina to California. Thank you Deja.

Went with my grandson, stayed for 7 hours, the best attraction for us was the Go Carts. Think we raced at least 7 times. Played mini golf on both courses that were surprisingly challenging and packed in the evening. Rode most rides. Did not do the water bumper cars because it was cold and we didn’t want to get wet or the laser tag ( we forgot). Arcade games were fun but a little dated. Usual toys to get from ticket redemption. Kids like that. Food and beverages on site but seemed pretty expensive to me, but then everything in the LA area seems more expensive. Staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Good attention to bathroom cleaning which we appreciated, Probably first job for many teen aged employees, and they seemed well trained. Property is a bit dated but discounted pricing makes it competitive with other venues, check online for deals. Will go again in two weeks with granddaughter.

For the party, there was no tracking of activity cards from the Boomers' side. Nobody tells me to keep the receipt either. One of our friend's kids lost his card and can not issue it even though he came with a birthday party. Need a system update!!! The staff is not supportive at all of this situation. The manager said you have to buy our 87-dollar pass to get him a new card. This is not the proper answer for any customer.

My Wife and I took my 6 yr old Grand son to Boomers and we all had a great time. They have many many arcade games for kids and adults of all ages. The games are a bit exspensive starting at $1 to $6 each with the average costing $1.50. On some games you can win tickets that can be traded for candy or toys. They also have many outside games such as Mini Golf, Go-carts,Batting Cages, Rock Climbing Wall and a few Amusement Park rides. These rides and games are also a bit exspensive but if you choose just one or two you can have a great time for the whole family for a reasonable cost.
