Stay was nice, clean room and well equipped room. I couldn’t ask for more. And in the morning, I had a breakfast and wonderful surprise!!! Now they offer Miso soup and rice. I thought it is very nice touch to me, as Asian:) very thoughtful idea by this Hilton location. Big Thanks to Stanley, Lorena, & Marisol to display the meal! And the area was clean and well organized. Hope you guys expand more Asian selection in the future!!!( sesame was good. My suggestion: Japanese/asian pickle, tiny diced tofu in the miso soup) Lastly, check-in was smooth. My stay was wonderful! I’ll be back to this property.

We showed up here after getting locked out of our Airbnb for 2 hours, and quite frankly, a bit embarassed about how frustrated we were. Erick at the front desk didn't even bat an eye before hopping right in to help us. He very quickly and calmly assured us he could help, and was able to get our reservation for later in the week extended out into that night, and in less than 5 minutes we were on our way up to the room, laughing about how quickly he changed our mood! I've been in Customer Service for over a decade now, and this guy truly deserves the best. Thanks Erick! Our Hero!

Property is newly renovated and at a convenient location from Airport. Bar tender Sebastian was awesome and very friendly. Bed was comfortable I was disappointed with cleanliness of bathroom at the check in first time. There was women hairs and messy spots like pee. It was ridiculous Hilton’s body lotion is like a grease with bad smell They changed immediately the room Front desk was also not understanding about how the corporate bookings work. I had to pay with my personal credit card to get checked in.

Stay here every other week and the staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean. Great breakfast and very consistent excellent service from Crishiel at the front desk in particular (but everyone is great)! Breakfast is always prepared on time, thank you for the great service.

The hotel is good for the price. Rooms are good size and clean. Parking is not great but not a deal breaker. I have stayed here many times but was absolutely horrified by the horrible front desk agent this stay . Iesha was at the front when I checked in and to say she was rude and unprofessional is an understatement. Our company lets us choose from several hotels and I will never choose this hotel again. To travel all day and then deal with someone like her at night trying to check in, no thanks.
