Visited fro Maryland. Although the weather was a little on the cold side, our stay at Embassy was great. The front desk staff and Zeb for Hilton vacation provided great customer service. Breakfast was delightful and rooms were well kept, nice and peaceful.

Excellent accommodations and wonderful service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport. It has a wonderful ambiance downstairs with real trees and a waterfall. Give Julio and Zeb a raise! Both are excellent representatives of the hotel.

Stayed at suites embassy Irvine with my family. The breakfast is very delicious. The lady making the eggs / omelets is great! Happy we met Zeb who was very friendly and gave us the free points for Hilton. Thank you Zeb for the tips and recommendations on restaurants and fun stuff to do in the area. Julio and Ricardo the bartender and waiters helped us at the night happy hour. Julio the bartender is a very handsome man and he gave us great service. We like the happy hour and I like the bartender Julio very much! Thank you for the great service and drinks. We will come back to get drink and enjoy with Julio.

Great hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. When we arrived our mini fridge wasn’t working, maintenance was up to our room in no time & promptly replaced it. The pool was nice & always plenty of towels in stock. We were there with a large group so crowds were to be expected during breakfast & the evening reception, the staff handled it well. We had one mishap when a lady bussing tables ran her cart into my daughter & didn’t apologize or acknowledge her, that wasn’t a nice experience. The rest of the staff was great & pleasantly answered questions or directed us to where we wanted to go. Zeb was very friendly & pleasant to chat with. We will definitely return.
