I've been trying to get in contact with the general manager for an entire week now. Phone calls are not returned. Awful encounter with guest experience. Spent close to $200 and was not allowed to use my tickets even though they did not have an expiration date! Will continue to call and ask for the general manager until I get a call back!

Horrible experience. Badly managed crowds and the rides are old and dirty. Spurious charges on my credit card and they won't return my phone calls. Stay away!

Water Country is a fantastic value for the money. Tons of great slides, a lazy river, multiple kids play areas, a large wave pool, very friendly and helpful staff, good food and snack options, and lots of fantastic places to relax. There are tons of lounge chairs, and private cabanas are available to rent. The park is much larger than expected, and very clean. We had a terrific day!

"Good, with some ugly bits."

Feels like Water Country needs a bit more love, sure they've repainted things, but we were faced with a closed Lazy River, lack of a stationed "Guard" for our cabana area and just an odd "Freshly painted but still run down" feel of the place. Was an overcast day so the lines weren't bad, poor quality food, got a gross chocolate shake with no straws (They clog the drains, as we were told) and an almost inedible fried dough that felt dense as leather. That being said, the slides were great, the whirlpool and wavepools were fun, and maybe to make up for the lack of a lazy river both pools were filled with extra tubes to use. It was an enjoyable day, just feels like more attention is needed.
