"Awesome customer service!"

Zeila was awesome and worked with me through a difficult situation!! Thank you Hilton for hiring such great people. Clean rooms and wonderful people. Great place to stay when visiting Boston. Location can not be beat. Drinks are pricey but tasty.

"Could Use New Towels!"

The location of this place is great. it is right across the street from Legal Sea Food and that would be a ten star! I would like to give this place a really good rating except for: towels- please get new ones. The ones I had reminded me of my mom's and she has had them for 60 years. bathroom bar- how about getting a bathroom shower bar to help get in and out. No elevator to get to the Terrace room. that is a killer-- going up and down those stairs. check in- if you offer members the opportunity to choose a room then please honor that. We checked in and our room was gone. and then they gave us a another one. not great at all. so we begged them for a better one. we are Gold members but they were not buying it. it was our 48th anniversary. that was a miracle and they gave us a better room and they were very nice and they sent a bottle of proseco and some fruit to the room. All in all, with very cold weather, it worked out okay. but get new towels! please. oh yeah-- the bar was great. there is a man who has been there for over 35 years. i forgot his name. maybe Fernando. but he was a very nice man. and the bar was a traditional, old style bar.

Richard and Moises were warm, friendly, and helpful! They were a delight to interact with and answered all of the questions that I had for them. They also helped me find a more spacious room than I previously booked, which was helpful given personal ADA needs.

"Great location and super hotel."

Great location with easy access to the easily navigable subway. Boston common and Park are very close and even the wharf is within reach by foot or just a few minutes on the subway. The hotel caters for business and pleasure guests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The lobby bar provides a good breakfast and place to get a pre dinner drink or night cap. Thanks to the two people who assisted with our excursion planning. Special thanks to all the Hilton team but an extra mention to Yabatse, Moises and Richard who all assisted me helping to make our stay even better. We hope to explore Boston in the autumn and will aim to return to the Boston Hilton Park Plaza.
