Parking is available at the Tavern Parking Lot - 460 E. Francis Street.

All tour guides dress in historic period costumes and carry lanterns.
You can either print your tickets or show them via your smartphone.
Since tours are conducted in the historic area of Williamsburg, no tours are allowed to enter these 18th-century buildings. You may only walk up to the buildings once the tour is over.

The tour is conducted rain or shine, so bring an umbrella. If the conditions become hazardous or severe, Spooks and Legends reserves the right to cancel the tour.
If the tour is canceled by Spooks and Legends for any reason, you will receive a full refund or you can reschedule.
Restrooms are available, though generally not along the tour route. They are easily accessible a short distance away, however, so you may walk to one if need be.
All of the walking tours are taken at an easy pace. However, if you get behind, they will wait at each location before beginning to talk again.
If you are late, you will miss the tour. Tours leave right on time, and to be fair to the whole group, Spooks and Legends cannot wait for late arrivals, nor will they call to see where you are.
Dogs are welcome. Please see that your dog is friendly and on a leash, and please be sure to bring the appropriate supplies to clean up any messes.
