Description

Over Nine minutes of fun! Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is the longest coaster in East Tennessee and the first one in the world with four uplifts. The ride features beautiful Smoky Mountain scenery, tunnels, curves and 360 degree turns on over 20 acres.

Each single cart can reach speeds of up to 30 MPH and the driver controls the speed. Our coaster is fun for all ages, with riders ranging from three years of age to ninety!

For an extra unique experience, visit us after nightfall where our magnificent lights will guide you through a thrill filled ride: an experience that will stay with you long after the ride is over.

"Fun!"

This mountain coaster was really fun. You can control how fast or slow you go. It was one of the longer coasters I have been on. There was a lot of downhill excitement. They had some fun things to look at while you were on the uphill climbs. We had a lot of fun riding this coaster.

Tip: It is long with a lot of downhill thrills.

This coaster was a ton of fun! This was the first time we had written one like this, and first time my daughter had been to Tennessee. This was a great coaster, and would love to do it again and bring the rest of the family.

Tip: This is not your typical roller coaster. It’s a different kind of experience and one worth if doing!

The height requirement to ride alone is 56 inches. If riding along, the height requirement is 38 inches while the person controlling the sled has to be 56 inches tall and not younger than 16 years. The maximum height to ride is 84 inches (7 feet).

Each sled can hold up to 375 pounds in dry conditions and 330 pounds in wet weather conditions.
