Each kitchenette offers refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and dishwashers.

For guests going to Dollywood, a trolley stop is at the entrance to the KOA campground right beside All Season Suites.

the cleanliness of the room restaurants and attractions are very near having a kitchen and living room is nice with the bedroom shut off from the other areas they have a nice pool but we visited in the winter months beds are fairly comfortable. location is great

The pictures must be from a previous owners or something because they were not accurate. The room was only carpet in the bedrooms and then vinyl planks in the living room with no transitions to the bedrooms or hall so the flooring was popping up catching our feet the entire time. The stove burners were dirty and didn't seem safe to use. The paint was grimy and there was paint all over the shower rod, etc. There was a weird hole in the top of the shower that was very unsettling and one of the bathtub drains was covered in mold. The rooms smelled so strongly of perfume or insanely excessive laundry detergent that it was unbearable to sleep on the beds. I had to cover the pillow with an extra shirt and cover up with my jacket as a blanket. My kids spent the entire time sneezing due to the smell. Honestly our entire floor smelled horrendous. Breakfast was subpar but edible. Hardly any choices. Breakfast started at 7 and we went down at 730 and the breakfast drink machine for juice was already empty and mixing water with the juices yet there was only 3 people in the lobby eating. Next day, exactly the same. The hallways looked like they laid laminate over the existing carpet and it was uneven to walk on. The list goes on and on. As a travel agent, I do not recommend this hotel.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The kitchen had burners that were tilted sideways and would take ages to heat up. The furniture was torn and dirty. The mattress in the sofa bed was filthy, and the sheets for it were torn and stained. When we asked for more sheets, we got rude responses at the front desk. We had to ask housekeeping to please clean the room and change the sheets after a week. Housekeeping only took dirty towels, the trash, and left clean ones. They did not make the bed and claimed they had (when in fact it had been us). Everything is incredibly outdated. The bathroom was also filthy. Breakfast was also terrible and had no variety. For our entire 2 week stay, they did not change it once. DO NOT stay here. If we could get a refund for our stay, we would. Absolutely rude staff, even at check in. Attached are pictures of many of the things I talked about in this review.

Very friendly staff. Daily room service was timely and good. Very clean, although a little aged. Great service and staff. Conveniently located to all things in Pigeon Forge. They had continental breakfast, but we didn't try that. Will be staying again.

Very convenient location! Older hotel that has been remodeled. Very clean! Decent breakfast. When checking in I asked about getting extra blankets and pillows and was told to come back to the front if we did need them. When I returned less than an hour later to get extra blankets and pillows I was told that she had just just given out the last of the extras. While that may be the case, I got the feeling it was more that she just did not want to go get them, which was confirmed the next morning when I spoke with the morning staff.
